The first think to do is to open the all the doors every day if you are lucky you can win mob points, safe shots and weekly mob draw points.
You have one free shot at the safe everyday use it and if you get the right number you get the equivalent mob points that were in the safe.
And the last is to post in the forum regularly and if your post is long enough and appropriate you get 10 points a post for a maximum of 50 points a day.

Basically what pinotte said above. Plus some particular bonuses could earn some points for you here, also writing reviews if your english is good enough for that and participating in the mobgames and promotions regularly. Also meaningful posting in the threads could not hurt either.

NO it is not easy to open that safe but you have to keep trying everyday it cost nothing you have a free shot so just take a number maybe one day you will open it.
I did open it twice with only one number but after a few years of trying.
