I have heard of many sites blocking in here, but these are the smaller ones. I have never heard for on from 888. It is a bog site well established in the market. Try their support to find out why this has happened. Although is such occasions, almost none of the sites are giving out explanations.

I really don't believe that 888 would block a customer account without having send him or her a mail advising him that his account would be block for such reason.
Now you are telling us that your account was block but you never told us why. And IMO you know exactly the reason so maybe you could share it with us.

I had only good expirience with 88 in the last time and made my first deposit one month ago. And i like their tourney promos and the daily wheel at this site. The software was ok and the Support are verry friendly.

They accused me of money transfering on tables. Funny thing is that they answered only once on my emails. And after that they are silent, no messages received from them. Hmm, how would u call that?
------------ I have sended them my documents, and they blocked me one day after that lol. Idk what to say about this. Played in many poker rooms, and never had any problems. Seems that i will have to come back to stars.
------------ That is the problem, and they don't give a f about u. U put ur money, they take ur money and say go f urself now. Funny how they answered to me only once, and after that they are completely silent. Took my money and bye bye.

I recently started playing there. This post is somewhat of a concern to me. My personal feeling is that 888poker looks legit but i could be terribly wrong.
Did anyone else of you mobbits have a bad experience with 888poker? Is OP's case isolated? Let me know. Thanks.

I played on 888 for a while and never had any problem the only think for me since i don't have Skrill or Netteller than the cash out is made by check and the minimum is $40.00 this was the only requirement.
Now if you are accused of something wrong i suppose that you have to prove that they are wrong.

In order to prove that they are wrong, you need to know what is going on, in the first place If you read the TOS in any site, you will see that they have the right to block-ban you, without giving you a single reason. After this point its just game over

They have the right to do so. Upon registering you are accepting this. I dont know about their rules, but i bet they are mentioning this like the rest.
You are wrong though about saying it is a small site. It is one of the biggest out there and i havent heard any complains about them so far. You are the first one

Take a look in google, or p.o.ke.r scout. There's a lot of complaints about them. Surely i am not the first one. I saw those complaints even before registering, and didn't believed in them. And i don't understand how they are the biggest? 2k online is not a big room. And i have registered for that reason, cause in tourneys there would be only few hundreds people.

In my experience, 888 is a very reliable and trustworthy site, who generally act in the best interests of themselves and the players who abide by their rules and regulations. They have made an accusation, I think they would normally explain to you why and I guess it is for you to argue....however long that may take, to prove your innocence. Good luck.

Hmm, yeah. If a person comes to their room, deposits money, then loses them. Then deposits again. They are welcome lol. And the rake amounts they take are just too big. But hey, it's yours experience. If u had a good time, then good for u.

Yeah money dumping or transfering like you say is illegal on every poker room out there. I know a lot of people did it back in the full tilt days because transfers did not exist back then but we don't hear about that kind of stuff much anymore.
I know for a fact 888poker pays, I cashed out of there many times. It's definetly not the best poker room (I don't like their poker program its buggy), but it's one of the best. So yeah keep trying to sort this out with them if you didn't cheat just stay polite and everything should be fine...

Dumped money? What do u mean? I said that i haven't transfered any money on tables. When i made a deposit, i sended all the my documents so there wouldn't be any problems. And u can't transfer money unless u're verified.

Someone I knew had a similar experience to yours with 888poker in the past. Did you happen to receive an email from 888poker stating something like this?
"Whilst reviewing your game history I see that you have been participating in the transfer of money on our tables. As previously explained to you, this is when one member intentionally loses to another member so money can be transferred. We are in particular concerned regarding your game play with "xxxxxxxx". Using our tables to transfer money is strictly against our Terms and Conditions and will not be tolerated."
You still got your hand/game histories, SoWhatMah? What's your plan? Retain an attorney and sue them?
