Yeah, got the same message. No, i don't have the hand histories, and that might be the main reason that i won't be able to prove anything. I don't know if it's worth to start something for this kind of sum of money. And even if i would try to prove that i haven't done a thing, they can simply do anything with my account data and stuff. Cause they are big, and u're small fish for them. So i think i would spend way more than i lost here. Idk, i'll still try to contact them trough email. Btw, ur from japan. Love that country.

------------
Yeah, if u're talking about how cards are dealt. This so called random numbers generator system is total nonesense. Sometimes u can predict that u'll win preflop all in with total giberish cards.

I havent checked about them. What i said, was based from all the feedback i have seen
about them, here in BRM.
I may be wrong but you are the first having an issue of this kind with 888 from brm members.
If they are not replying to your emails, there is not much you can do about it.

You may have the illusion that you can predict what a random number generator will generate... but, in fact you don't... Sure you can be right once in a while or even often, that doesn't mean you were right about the RNG, that just means you were right about that particular hand, and you could do that in real life too.

I'm not saying all RNGs are fair at all but casinos don't need that to be profitable, they've got legal ways to cheat...

It is better to reconcile and pass into other room. Service of a podderzhika on 888 very strict and captious. At me too with them were a problem on - an occasion of the multi account. Documents have been checked and approved, but to argue alas with them is useless. We at them on a visit and they are right even if we aren't right. Good luck.

I hate it when scammers get caught then try to blame the site...ruins things for clean players.

If that's what u want to believe. ^^

@SoWhatMah
Dude we all make mistakes. Being 19 years it might be more difficult for you to admit to it.
In reality you did not provide us enough information to believe that you are the innocent party in this story.

In my early days as a poker player i was involved in a chip dumping maneuver.
I had won nearly $800 in a poker room that was no longer processing payout.
This pissed me off really bad. I had to find a way to get my hand on the money.

Thinking that i was smarter than i actually was, i came up with the "ingenious" plan to lose to myself on another poker skin that was part of the same network.

Very bad idea, i got caught and my poker account was frozen with around 2k in it.
I contacted support and when confronted with the facts, i owed up to my mistake.

I had to download a form sign it, scan it and then email it to them agreeing that i had committed a rule breaking move.
When the dust cleared up, my account was unfrozen but to my sadness had 1k in funds seized for my stupidity.
I ended up losing the $800 and an additional $200 Disagree
But at the point i was glad to even get my account back with part of my funds in it. They could easily have abided by the book and permanently close my account.

Lesson: Do not mess with the house. Read the rules before playing or attempting something stupid or face the consequences.

PS: The only legit complain i hear about 888poker is the criminal exchange rate they apply to players from the eurozone when converting USD to EURO during withdrawals.
Luckily for me i deal in USD only. So no exchange needed.

You still got your hand/game histories, SoWhatMah?
What's your plan? Retain an attorney and sue them?

Whaaat?
I am pretty sure that a proper attorney would charge him more for an hour of consultation (not even working on the case, just simple q&a!!!) than the amount of the original stucked deposit/money left in there.

You were not trying to sound funny, were you?
My statement you quoted in your post #29 did not explicitly recommend/suggest he retain a lawyer and take the issue to the international court, just to clarify.

SoWhatMah understood what I meant in my post #20. See his response below.

It is always good storing data of your game play, for many reasons.
This is one of them.
But even if you had the history of your hands it wold have been extremely difficult
achieving something.
They have the "our decision is final" which pretty much doesnt leave any space for argument Smile
