I didnt see that post of yours. What exactly happened. In the screesnhot we can clearly see the prize. and its not the tickets. Have you contacted them yet about explanations? This isnt right in any way. If you dont get the package ask for a big compensation. Its their mess !

Am i right to say that 888 are operating in your country under the law of said country. Then if i am right you could have a recourse against them with your law.

buddy I'm so sorry if some mistake , I was very much pleased after I at first thought it was a ticket to the tournament , when you said that this award I said man you are now rich , I guess everything will be okay , and you'll get the deserved reward

You should take screenshot like yout and send to PS claim some compensation ,lol.
I suggest you ask compensation ,yout. if their program made a mistake and make you very disappointed. that's a fatal mistake. I wish no mistake about that.

I think that you should go at askgamblers site and post your problem there,put print screen and explain what happend!they will solve your problem and will contact 888!they are like lawyer!you have nothing to lose and try this! this is not good for 888,what they done to you!what for example if you god 1 million $ and you celebrate like crazy and they contact you and tell it was our mistake!so they always can tell its mistake in system!its not your problem,you have proof of your wining! good luck with this problem!

I dont see any updates so far. But the message said to wait 72 hours for a response. I dont think it takes that long to figure out what has happened and if they will pay the prize or not.
A screenshot is always good but not the best today. In such occasions always record everything. There are many free programs out there like ocam. And there is no need to keep the videos for ever. If everything worked fine you just delete it to save disk space.

I think that they know well what happend here,they just dont want to respond fast!with this rules 72 hours,they just give time to deside what to in situation and like every other gambling or poker site they have right to do whatever they want and to take time to decide!he have screen shot and its clear that he won,but who know what will they say!

i hope you're successful after they look into it and they either give you the package or some decent compensation
