I am very sorry for you but read the terms and conditions of the promotion and it is very clear that if there was a difference between the reel and the pop up message then the pop up message is the one that is your prize.
If i remember well in your first thread you said that the pop up indicate that you had win tickets and not the package.
Again i am very sorry and i for one never read these T & C which we always should do.

Yeah that sux i dont play there so dont know t&c...poorly set up site from sounds of things if they cant even get a promo right what else is going to go wrong?

The annoying thing is - I actually really like 888... don't get me wrong... there are many, many things wrong with it, and my incredibly stupid kitten could probably do a better job of organising things than they do.... But it's so bad it keeps the majority of the sharks away... which is better than any promotion anyone can ever do.
I am not going to stop playing on there... In fact, by the end of this year I will be about #5 in the world for who has played the most MTTs on there... with a 4 month gap of not playing...
If I get nothing from them.... fine. But they will get nothing but negative comments from me.

I cant believe that they are such assholes!its nor your mistake or problem that system showed you this wining!its their problem and they should pay for that!like you win jackpot at slot and then somebody tell you it was mistake!come on! on your place,I would sue them or as I said before,go on askgamblers and post there problem and they will try to solve this for free for you!you have nothing to lose!

They are legally okay.... very plain in the T&Cs
Their problem lies in the fact that they have maybe 100,000 registered players... Whereas I am free to express my opinion about them on a website with 693,451 members
...maybe they see enough of us saying were not going back theyll atleast try and resolve the situation a bit?
