I see that you don't read the forum threads very often because there was one talking about this problem before.
I would suggest you to read the terms and conditions of this promotion on 888 and you will see that sending a copy of the well won't give very much because the prize won is determine by the pop up after the well has stop and not where it stop.

I´m verry surprised about that thread, because i´ve von many tourney tickets in the last time with this promotion and i´ve got the tickets between 1-2 days. And you tray to contact the Support, i think they can help.

pinotte is obviously talking about the WSOP ticket. And if it is the same promotion or a similar one then according to their rules, like pinotte notes, it is the pop up that counts. So if you are taking screenshot make sure you are taking the pop up and not the result of the wheel. It would be very hard for them to bail out with a screenshot of the pop up
I think its a nice promo and i had my tickets pretty fast, But when things go wrong,...like the case i think is happenend at , Pinotte can be frustrated,... In the past i had some funny conversations with live support,... And not talking about the mails i send ,...sometimes a totaly different answer back,.. Then the question i asked about But i have to repeat that was in the past,..not sure how its now,. But Pinotte never give up at one email ore one name by live support,.. Sometimes it takes a while before someone gots a reasonble answer back

If you read my post i am saying that there was a thread about a problem with 888 i never said tha i had a problem.

If you want to be sure about your money, you need to pick bi casinos that are well known and credible. And even then you need to read all their rules regarding game play and any bonuses you might get. Some casinos, after your deposit add a wagering requirement to your own deposit. Dont know what to say here, after what we witnessed happened to fizzola, i think when they have to give a big prize away they have problem doing so, i haven seen any problem so far with the freeroll tournament ticket or small prizes, but after that one case now i know with fizzola, i really have never heard nothing bad about 888, when it comes to paying up on their end, so i dont like to think bad about 888 so far they have been nothing but good, aldou they need really bad software face lift, and i mean really bad

Well.... I have to say that personally I have not experienced any problem with receiving any winnings from 888 in this promotion. In fact they are generally accurate in what they do and get things done fairly promptly. It's bad if you are experiencing problems but persevere and keep your chin up,.. Oh yes... And be polite when you complain. Good luck.

free tickets I got , but nothing you can not get because there are too many people registered in the tournament , if you're lucky maybe you'll win a minimum prize of 3 cents or 30 cents , more than 7000 people get these free tickets all play all in

Ingrind......write to 888 support, they may give you some other ticket instead. I did recently when I had three tickets awarded to me for one game, with only one buy in allowed.. And I got given a complimentary ticket to one of the depositer Freerolls...... Small change really but it's better than nothing. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose.
Its not a bad Promo,... I won in total of 7 tickets 5000$ freeroll 1$ Golden fish ,and yesterday i had a 5$ Jackpot bet,.. So i presume its on a slots jackpot machine??

LIKEIT from the prizes you got so far, it wasnt hard to understand the 5k tournament tickets The jackpot bet, not that easy. Since it is a bet, it is either in sports or casino. But what on earth is that golden fish? Slot ?
That is a very valuable tip, only today I am too tired to find the power to write an email to their customer support.
Also if you ever going to make a deposit at another site, ask customer support for any deposit bonuses, this usually only works when you only play a few weeks at a certain poker site. So it doesn't work that much if you are already playing a long time there. But it varies per site.

I also got my free tickets but ... I do not really like to play in the room of 888 ... why there is a lot of players although the software is quite scarce ... there I was lucky only once, and it happened in a casino and not in poker ... and done everything as it usually happens with me not cashing and losing all that I won))) Ah ..
