I got the same message in the mail , I wanted to deposit 10 euros , I think 9 euros minimum deposit , but luckily I did not do , I would be very sick if they did not give me 20 free spin , we do not have money to throw so easy , after the need to play a deposit you'll stay out of money

mirexx is at it again hitting big time with the free spins ivan have you checked the terms for the specific promotion. Maybe they are having country restrictions and you are not eligible for it. If not you should send them an email, asking we you cant get it.

Your country is eligible for bonus there, so that's a problem, but they had to told you that before you made a deposit there, that's a shame for them. And I don't know how on live chat when you contacting them didn't told you what is problem..

everything is clear here and they are big idiots!if they say,that if you see message,you can get bonus,so they must give you this bonus!what a stupid answer on live support!your money should be without any wagering requirements,so just withdraw money and dont play with your money at party poker!
Weird, everytime I dealt with party's customer support they were professionnal. Sometimes the live chat support is a bit slow to give answers, but usually if you have some patience they'll solve your problem.
Have you tried getting in touch with another operator? Sometimes you just get an employee that's having a bad day I guess

There was a restriction after all. Not the first or the last time that sites have promotions with a bit unclear rules in first sight. Sure there were more players "tricked" into this deposit But you can always cash out the money, so no harm done.
