Season 13 of the European Poker Tour (EPT) is currently in Barcelona, Spain, and the €50,000 buy-in Super High Roller is down to a final table of 9 players out of 102 entries (86 entrants and 16 re-entries - 3 more entries than in 2015) after 2 days of play. There are several notable names at the final table. It is really good to see Erik Seidel, a well-established poker player since the late 1980s, doing well in the €50,000 buy-in Super High Roller tournament. Best of luck to the 9 finalists.

The EPT poker sieries are the best live poker series in my opinion. And the EPT Barcelona was great, because Barcelona is a great City and the prize pool at this EPT main Event was great. To qualify for this tourney one time was a dream...

It must be a tremendous feeling being able to enter these 50k buy in tournaments and travelling the world to play in the most beautiful cities as well. I am not slightly jealous of these guys!!!!

Unfortunately, two-time EPT Barcelona Super High Roller finalist Erik Seidel was eliminated in the hand number 5. He went all-in with pocket nines and got called by three opponents. His nines were not good enough and got busted in ninth place, taking home a prize of €137,130.

the brasilian Felipe Theodoro was second in this exciting tournament. I was delighted by my compatriot. we gradually occupying good places in major international tournaments. it just shows how poker is growing worldwide. Big Smile
