well there you go... crown resorts staff can't think that they can do all they want while they are in the democratic peoples republic of china. every entity should feel that they carry a big burden or responsibility and should be crystal clear while doing their operations in PRC.

Gambling crimes huh? One after another in china and macau
Who knows what actually is happening there.
But when a casino is involved, you can expect anything.
Not the purest form of business, in any place of the world.

I think in china if you steal it's a lot more common for people to go ahead and do their own justice... They will cut your hand off if you steal their stuff! or wait isn't that the arabs? lol I'm not sure Big Smile

Anyways, stealing a casino isn't the best idea. Sure they have a lot of cash but there's also heavy security, cameras and people watching them 24/7!!

It will be interesting to find out what these arrests were for, it all seems very vague to me. You would think that these big multi-national corporations would know all about the laws but it seems not

Whatever works for the politicians. Isnt that how it works every time, every where ?
Its like, this is bad for you, so since we want the best for you we will forbid it.
This is even worst for you, but we are making too much money from it,
so we are gonna allow it.

Hows the funding/banking going with the russians?
Are they allowed to use Skrill/Neteller? Are they allowed to register in online casinos with EU (UK) affiliance?

Most of the casinos used to be able to rake in sales from the high rollers who splash money around town. But nowadays, that is not the case anymore. Many gaming operators have toned down their marketing efforts in China over the past couple of years, focusing more on non-gaming events, including restaurants, hotel accommodations, live shows, etc.
