I win tournament on 888 poker before 15 days,and still not update !!!I think its played on monday

There's no record of you winning any of our tournaments on/around the 17th October. You finished position 17 on the 17th October which gave you 0.68 points, and your total on the leaderboard as of now is 2.38 points.

I won 15.10.2016 , till i wait slow 888 poker support for hand history,i found on sharscope.I didnt expect this from ur site,i didnt play couple days for this.

tournament start 15.10 and finish 16.10 .

I can see your name on the top there, but as you are saying this screenshot is from
sharcscope.
Dont you have one from the site itself? Dont you have played history of your games?
Ask from their support to provide you one, cause i doubt that brm can proceed with
results from a third site Smile

I got from 888 support game history from 18-31.10 ,but i need for 15 and 16.10 .I ask again for that and wait.I dont know who is guilty here ,888 or BankrollMob?But i m not only one who lost points,i think everyone who played that day.

as we see from this picture,peronibar is right and he should get points for this win!dont know where is mistake,but at least he have results from this site and they get informations from 888 poker,so this must be right!its always some problem with 888 poker!

In the 888poker room gives you the option to view and download the history of the tournament, so it records that I win, those print does not give the truth of it.

When we have pokerstars and fulltilt freerolls every day was been more than one tournament and they was been accurate ,i never suspect in regularity. Even now i think that can happen ,i have not won tournament i wouldnt noticed.

Since admin looked at it and they dont have you in their lists winning that specific
tournament, its probably 888's fault, not sending the right results or missing a day,
or more who knows Smile
Kinda strange though you need to wait that long to get official results for your tournaments.

I wait so long and today i got this message.I ask again to give me game history for 15.10 and 16.10,i think i must to wait again till next week omg
They give me last time from 18.10 to 31.10 ,what a f.support

If you have a free phone number to reach 888 customer services by phone i think you will have a faster answer than by email.

I had a log in problem once and tied with email this is about one month ago and i just received an answer today however the problem was solved a long time ago.

Their customer service is as bad as their software. Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!

I cant believe that you have problem here,like you need to get thousands of dollars and they dont want that!9 dollars and few points on leaderboard and you have to write mails for weeks,contact support,this is so crazy!cant believe in todays world,that you have to spend time on this kind of things,when all can be done in 5 minutes!

very strange .... I've always thought that the inclusion of points is carried out properly and never checked it .... really must now take your Points and by the non contact the support 888? maybe you did something confusing? although the screenshots can be seen that you are right .. very strange

Is it me or the email answer you got from 888 poker does not make any sense Smile
Read it twice and yet i dont understand what they are trying to say to you.
It says you could play, thats why you could not find the history Smile
Its gonna take a few more emails back and forth till you get what you need after all.

They sure take their time for a simple matter like this.
So many days to sent the results from a tournament.
There is still, plenty of time till the end of this leader board, so by then you will get the points.
