Of course you can. I have started bankrolls from scratch and withdrawn a bunch of them over the years. To me it's the best way to play to only deposit when you can get a good promotion bonus (ideally instant cash bonuses or tickets) out of your deposit. I don't mind doing small deposits to disperse my bankroll on many sites, this way I can take advantage of everything they offer.
888 is decent atm with their wheel promo but you have to deposit once.

can you make money without investing: sure, you can find a rich 90 year old female and flash your boner in front of her in order to get free investments. or as machine mentioned above you can take the freerolls route and with enough luck you can build your roll from scratch.

Another way to get some starting bucks is writing nonsense her on the BRM forum and gather enough points to get to the 5000 mobpoints and get the 50 dollars. There are people that are very good in this and I won t mention names here ... but the thing is that there are others that read that stuff....
