So made down to heads up just about even but played some bad pokers 1 on 1. Don't play too much heads-up action and it showed quickly.
I'll take the 2nd place finish and this early christmas present for me. 1.10$ Buy in to win over 220$ canadian is pretty decent and really a solid boost to the BR.
Wish I had Binked it but this another positive step for me in the right direction and no doubt can only help my progression as a poker player.
Well that's all for today folks as I only played around 3 hours total today and fell I've had enough for now. Maybe i'll jump back on the micro-stakes mtt's later on and give them a whirl again.

Sucks that I couldn't pull it out even after 5-1 chip lead with 6 to go. By the time heads up happened I was actually I small amount behind and played a few hands horribly heads up.

That's still alright it is a learning curve and an experience in poker we all learn and get better every time we play I am sure that if you made it back to that spot heads up you can pull it out nevertheless you still made a really big amount for your second place finish which is still impressive once again congrats on your success and well done wish you more good successes in the future hope to hear more good results soon

Another fantastic run for our boy TheIrish77 and its always great to read about his achievements. It is always disappointing to get so close and not win but you should still be very proud of your run in this tournament

TheIrish .... congratulations on another great result. Having the lead that you did with 6 to go gave you a great opportunity to win this game and it sounds like you need some more heads up training or practice. Take some time out to do some study and then apply the learning next time you get there, which won't be long I'm sure. Best wishes.
This is just very awesome. This will inspire me to be a better player. I hope you continue to rock and cash out a lot, now and then. You seem to have the right amount of concentration needed to make the right decisions until the end of the table. I am only wondering what your range is (card range).
