I have won this same prize a few days ago and I swap for lottery tickets when I tryed to swap this prize it say I have already claimed this prize. So can you only have one prize of each type
If you win the same prize twice you should be able to get the tickets in the draw instead. You should contant bankrollmob support about this I guess because normally if you claim the tickets instead you should be able to do it as many times as you win...

You was too slow to claim/swap. We hold the prize for a few hours and if you don't react, then the prize goes back into the pool where it was won by somebody else. So the "you have already claimed"-message came because somebody else already won and claimed that prize. If it had not been won/claimed by somebody else (but still expired for you), you would have received an error message saying that the prize has expired for you, instead. We'll try to optimise it to avoid the confusing in the future.

when I said in some other thread,that cant be that is some bug when you win two same prize in one day,they said that they reacted in 2 hours,but they didnt,probably because they didnt claim one prize in two hours and second for lottery tickets!so every prizes must be claimed and maybe that confuse people!

Im sorry but you guys missed the point slightly. I happen to ran into the same problem as op twice. I won a few 24hBet poker: €1 Fish Party Ticket and since i don't play there i instantly swap them for draw tickets instead. Most of the times it works but on a couple of occasions i get a message saying that i already rejected the said prize for a ticket and can't do it again. Yesterday i got one and it said i already claimed a ticket for it on saturday.
My theory: Every single prize is unique and you can only exchange it for tickets once. In the off chance, you yourself, win that exact prize again after it has been returned to the prize pool, you will not be able to exchange it again.

I think what happened to Jomull just happened to me too:
I won 10 free spins on santa at casino mira. Since I don't play there I claimed the tickets instead. An hour later I open another calendar door and boom I hit the same prize again so I wanna claim the tickets to the draw. Here's the message I get:
"You already claimed tickets for our lottery instead of the prize you won. You claimed your tickets on Saturday, December 24, 2016.
You currently have 37 tickets in the lottery.
We will draw winners about a week after Christmas, who will then instantly receive their prize. Winners will also be announced in our news section. "
So I got the 5 tickets from the first win but the second win didn't count. I tried claiming the prize itself but it doesn't work either and I get the same message. Can't "claim" the same prize twice it seems, even if you chose the tickets the first time around.

I dont have problems like this and its strange that I read about this for several members!few times I won same prize in same day,even in one hours,like today and both time I changed them for lottery tickets,so dont know how all of you dont have option to claim or he dont give you to change!
