I am playing with screen name :dilip00008 on the duck poker and my account has 667 euro in it, my account was suddenly suspended by the duck poker and when i asked the reason , they reply me to provide the utility bill and photo id.
I had provided them utility bill and photo ID to the on same day but now it is 2 months support is not responding my email nor replying anything.
By seeing the matter , i contact the kanhawake gaming commission and they reply me duck poker licnese were expired with them, the advise me to contact the operator which is winning poker netwrok
then i contact the winning poker netwrok they reply me that they are just operator for the duck pokeer they can not do anything,,,,,then in last i gave final warning to support of duck poker either inactive my account or return my 667 euro to me, they dont response to me...
There fore in last i send the police complain to cyprus police and with cc to support....but till now today date, i dont heard anything from police and duck poker room now blocked my IP address and blocked my facebook chat...
They are scammer and i dont know why bank roll mob is promiting such scam....now i have to chase them for my 667 euro....they are scam....they suspend my acocunt without any reason...
please guys careful....

Ok i know you, i play on same facebook free roll with you many times. lets complian together so police act on this scam poker room....i am avaialble on email :[email protected]

This is a waste of time. Maybe you've seen in American movies cases where different companies they went bankrupt or fraud and steal money of investors. And these people never recovered their money. We have few options. A solution would be for someone to take Duck Poker and pay money for all players. But is hard i don't know.

I do not speak English good for details. I speak with google translate. If I knew English I'm trying to see what's up, but for me is hard(i hate english in school). You can talk with police for many players because is a lot of players who were tricked in the same way. Probably all. I wish you luck to recover your money but it is very difficult.

as I said in other thread,this is probably finished thing and nobody cant do much about it!I know that this is bad for all players,but this problem is for maybe two years and too bad that lot of players didnt read forum to see how this poker room work!

dilip man nice that you found this thread. we also played a ton in the same freerolls. my screename on duck is: setup_exe.
did you read my last few posts? i did the same than you. contacting kahawake and WPN with same results. maybe was a bad idea to contact WPN because i think they cut off duck from the shared games and that was too much for them so they went bankrupt. to be honest i think our money is lost. i had also arround 537 euros in my account but if the went bankrupt our money is gone. its as simple as that.
i dont think it will make any difference if i get in contact with the police also but you have my full support if the police answers you. it would be appreciated if you could update here as soon as you have an answer. maybe we find more scammed players in the meantime who see this thread.
I think the number of messages does not affect the situation ... Duck poker has long been not a reliable place to play ... my account was blocked more than a year ago, but I did not have much money there, so I just forgot about this Room

ok set_exe.....i know you ...we play many games each other against us...i remember it...i already did police complain joe...now i will send the reminder to them...
But if mass complain of player goes to them then definately they had to act on our compliants irrespective of the filing the court case against them...

yeah,your are right with this!everybody who have small amount or lost everything,totally forgot that this room exist,especially when BRM stopped giving their no deposit bonus for over a year!you couldnt see much of duck poker on some other sites!
