I not get paid my Jackpot! Joke...When i click on damn deal on ps software they lag and restart and i need to login again and thats every time i try to play the deal on sheetstars! Anyone has this problems maybe?
strange problem ... try to reinstall the client FullTilt and possible problem will be solved? I if there is any problem with the software, I just reinstall it and how the rule is the problem solved itself ... good luck to you in the game Dude

Have you tried to contact their support. At least for on of the things they are famous, is for their response time in queries. You may even get a compensation out of it, if you sent and email. You have nothing to lose

Guys I have question. If I played deal in past 12 hours. Then jackpot hits in those 12 hours twice. Do I get paid also on second hit, or I have to play again after every jackpot hit, cause "timer" of my 12 hours is reset everytime, somebody wins jackpot?

As long as you play the deal every twelve hours you can win multiple times @Mirexxx try reinstalling Poker stars software good luck.
Hey Mirexxx! I don't know if you can win multiple times within a 12 hours period but I would think so. It's very rare that the jackpot is won twice in 12 hours though.
Personally I don't play it every 12 hours. I play it everytime its higher than 75k every 12 hours. You can start playing it when it's at 60k if you want, but lower than that it will probably be under a 1$ prize if somebody wins it so the return on investment isn't as good.
Won 1.20$ again for 7 cents while I was sleeping this morning

Seems a connection issue 2 me rather than software problems. Or, maybe he is running some applications in the background which he should close to free up some RAM. PS is a memory hog.

yep indeed , this the deal game/promo/whatever is actually something weird and totally not corresponding with sound logic and unnatural perseverance of immortal forces of wisdom and generosity. i personally have only problem with the deal that i always get no good deal.

It's an interesting conundrum that sadly does not seem to affect me as no matter what I do, or wherever I play I simply cannot access the deal to play even one crappy hand. I feel I am being discrimi....... nah only kidding...... it's not discrimination, it's merely that I can't access something that everyone else can!

I think i know what the problem with you When im home i can play deal normaly but when i go to my work place i cant there even see the deal game but i can normaly play everithing else. But on my job i have instaled Windows XP on computer and my comp there is so bad... I think that is the problem...

My only problem was after they did an update to the software,every time,I tried playing the deal it would crash,I would try and press the the repair button,but it didn't work,I would need to log in each time,unless I pressed the the ignore button when that little pop up would pop up,any way I sent an email,to support they got back to me and told me how to fix it,and it worked had some thing to do the with the "openGl' thingy in the software,if you still have the problem best to get a hold of support and they will tell you what to do...
wow guys, so you have to change to files in pokerstras yourself, lol. that is just weird. Maybe you should try to change some files in your pokerstras folder and then you can see the cards of other people.. haha just kidding anyway what the hell, I just dont believe it, that they just let you change the software, that sounds so unprofessional. what is it actually you guys must change?

heii Ingrid i recieved this email from support and this help me, and i played 10 x 7 coins deal nothing win then cashout my 46 bankrool earned with 10 , bye stars,,,,,
Thank you for sending the requested files.
I have made a small change to your setting file (User.ini or User). Please ensure that the software is closed when you add the attached User file that contains the change otherwise it will not save, once replaced please retry the deal.
To replace your old user.ini file, please open the PokerStars Main Lobby. Next click on the 'Help' menu and then 'Open My Settings Folder', then close the PokerStars client and delete or rename the user.ini from the Settings folder.
Download the attachment either directly to the settings folder or to an alternative folder and then copy and paste to the PokerStars folder. Please make sure that the file is saved as user.ini.

At least they are are fast as expected in responding and giving solutions like this. Who else would have done such a thing (creating a file) that fast.
Unfortunately you didnt win anything for the deal but you had a profit after all

So! According to support at pokerstars, The Deal is suspended in United Knigdom due to some compliance issues. They intend to relaunch it but this won't be for some months! So us unlucky UK people cannot play the deal and so we save our stars for other things or build them to use them once the deal returns. But cannot be part of the the deal bonanza at the moment!

Very strange situation: /, try the following:
Uninstall and then reinstall the pokerstars software, suddenly there is some error in some folder and that problem is generated. In case you do not get results, you better get in touch with pokerstars support.
anyway what the hell, I just dont believe it, that they just let you change the software, that sounds so unprofessional.
