surely not pokeherstars, that pesky little site... well all i know is that our legendary mobbit peter from bulgaria was a walking info list about all these situations, not wanting to disappoint you or anything like that but peter seems to be taking an extended vacation, so i am not that sure who could help you out.

You are probably losing your time with this site. Too many complaints for it. If the gambling commission doesnt do anything, there is nothing more than you can do. Remotely that is. Better forget and move on.

I can understand this, but unless you start suing them, which will probably will be a waste of money and time (that is why some sites choose specific countries for their operations), the only thing you can do, is post about them, wherever you can.
I havent heard of an alternative so long but there might be someone who knows more on the subject. Personally with wincake and gambling commission, i got nowhere.... so i decided to quit on the subject.

I have one deposit one withdrawal. For second withdrawal this moderator suspended my account. Need Proof of ID and Utility Bill. Bizarre. I sent the pic but pdf not good. I sent another pic and duck does not respond. This is abuse. 3 months my account suspended and i want duck poker be punished. I lost money i think (no problem) but this duck poker is fraud and money laundering. Someone has to close this site. Who has the power for stop this misery poker camera

you should had prove your identity before withdrawing then it wouldn t be so obvious that you ll want to do it .Fight them is hard ,i don t know even if they still have licence in Romania .One think i can tell you for shure send them mails from another mail adress ,it may be that they got you in ignore list or spam ,happened to me at pacific after severeal mails sended
I already know about the year that this site fraudulent late ... you know about that .. I can only sympathize and wish you not to deal with similar problems ... play only on proven sites and you will be all right ... good luck

Like many other mobsters, I also had a bitter experience with DuckPoker about two years ago. Luckily, I did not lose any portion of money deposited. They approved my withdrawal request and I got my winnings. But immediately after the cashout they withheld the remaining $100 or so tournament bucks without valid explanation, and subsequently suspended/closed my account for good. I have never been treated so badly in any other online poker rooms.

I think you need to consider just how much it is that they are withholding from you and on that basis determine what action, if any, would be a proportionate response to their action. It may be that you decide to simply walk away and put it down to experience as you may find you spend more time and money than you are trying to retrieve. Always read reviews before you sign up to anywhere!

We no have enough power to ask committee to do that. Just issue this problem to many other poker forum so many player know, at least hesitate play there. Duck poker will close soon or later, they already lost so many player cause this problem, always same problem
