Definetly Visa Desjardins for me. They usually have no fees unlike Mastercard and some other things like Skrill or Neteller or whatever. The only fee you'll pay is the conversion fee if the currency isn't the same but it's usually under 2.5% I believe. When I cashout from party for exemple I get the full amount because my account is in CAD.
But you do have to deposit once with your credit card. It's kind of an ID check at same time because it tells the poker site that the name in your account is the same as the name on your credit card. I don't think they will ask you to prove your ID. (I don't remember doing it for 888, but my first cashout was many many years ago so I don't remember)
