ok Spinball it's called nd i instanly got hooked by the setup off it playing spin and go's and getting achievements like winning a 4x multiplier, 2 in a row play 12 in a day etc. sounds great free money with some nice poker untill
i saw the payout structure. i never saw something this badly in my life prizes are: $5000 (0,0005%) $1 (8%) $0,50 (91,9995%)
somehow i'm not changing game for this promotion.
ooh you can get prizes 2 times a day.
so for a chance of 1 out of 200.000 (which never will be done in a day) so i highly doubt anyone even win 5000
all the shares of thought so as not to remain in the red .. unless you did not know? Of course there are shares of which are quite interesting but it is not the case ... 50 cents is the maximum that can be obtained .. uninteresting action
The payout structure is bad not good enough secondary prizes. Jacks or better has better prizes. Stars had a good previous promotion with the spins win with 2X multipliers. I think Amaya is due to put out some good free rolls and maybe time for another 1 Million dollar free roll.
Yeah this is what Amaya does now. They make it look like great fun exciting promotions but the prizes are actually smaller than what most rooms offer. I have seen poker rooms 100 times smaller with no traffic offer better promotions/freerolls/challenges. It's really been bad since the begining of 2017 at pokerstars promotions wise.
I wish people would stop playing there untill they stop doing these bad changes... but people have habits.

yeah amaya can get away with it since stars were the face of the poker boom. people still play because of the traffic and number of tournaments
what the fk is this? where the hell are the promos like MEGABONUS we use to get which you need to make the min deposit using xxx code to get xxx random bonus cash credited instantly into your account. I miss them, bring them back pokerstars.

i'm affraid the good old bonuses at stars are gone, heck even the good old fat bonuses are gone from their sportsbook, even though it is barely over a year old. what they are hoping for is that people will keen on playing without bonuses and it might be a good decision from the business point of view, people who were playing mostly because of bonuses will leave for other rooms though.

Thanks, dommelen1990, for reminding us of the new promotional offer from PokerStars. To be quite honest, spin and go has been my least favorite format of the tournament. Well, good luck to all taking part in the promotion.

These promotions are always good for the ones that are grinding the specific games. They are investing money on it either way, so participating for extra wins, is always nice. Plus you may hit a nice prize, you never know...

well i don't think this last promotions are good, i always played the promotions even meaning changing my game (cash game player to spin and go's) normally i like broke even on games and won prizes between $1 and $25 with these promotions the max u get (unless u win the lottery which is 1 out of 200.000 players) u only get $1 max. meaning 1 buy-in for the game u at minimum have to stake.
also which most maybe even didnt notice in past cashgame promotions where from limits $0,05/$0,10 and up now it's $0,10/$0,25 and up. meaning alot more rake so u think prizes would be even / probally even higher no prizes get dropped around 75%
i'm really thinking to quit on pokerstars because it's just abusing people to play higher stakes while getting nothing
i finish daily jacks or better promotion which puts me on around $25/$30 rake and only win $1 or $2. u can say hey it's free money but i don't see it that way anymore.
1000 points to get for these prizes (pair of jacks or higher is 5 points and full house is 70 points.)

The tournament structure have to be the only thing I really like about PS since Amaya took over. But the thing is that was always their strong side.
In answer to Dom above and along the lines of bowiie,
1sr FYI I usually only play tournies, normally a few "The Big" tournies Thu - Sun, they last 8 - 12 1/2 hours, has to be planned to play to finish, don't start half pissed @ 10 p.m. with work the next day, even if you say "I can make it to work" you are still fucked for the next couple of days @ work and little quality poker work would be getting done.
If PS giveaway tickets or the ilk, or deposit bonus (very rare) or an easily clearable, SnG, spin or other format game I will normally take it, all except the cash tables as the risk is higher and it is a different game.
You must be a winning player, period, the bonus is just that, a bonus, if you are not winning you need to drop down a level or two and do more study and training, I am happy to have a quick look at HH or have a play money "cash table" and chat sometime, send me a msg.
You must play on PS especially after all the study and the training as they have the biggest field by a long way and hence much much more money up top, and that is what we are aiming for a big score, you can still play on acr or pp etc. as well take their bonuses too, usually a slightly different game though for me, like a Monday plo8 turbo, done and dusted 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
pochui, can you set up a play money cash table 10 player, small buy in, with no expiry for our rigged place, where we can chat, (anyone joining needs to sit out instantly and then the chat box just keeps working, the hands played rests it)
------------ Oh and today 5 games $6 + $0-50 net + $1.50.

Yea indeed this is not the best promotion that pokerstars have offered, 0.0005% chance to win $5000 is something not attractive at all, I am not sure how can any player be interested in promotion offering such small chance, everyone should wait for better promotions

Another twist on poker rom the guys at pokerstars who seem intent on coming up with something new all of the time to try and entice new players to come and join, or entice existing players t spend even more money. While there is nothing wrong with that approach... mobsters be careful how you spend your hard earned cash on these promotions!

This new promotions is even worst then other one before!!!Never see some stupid like this promotion.You must do some serious sh.it and then you will win 0.50$ or maybe 1$ only one buy in thats very funny...This kind of promo or Jacks or beter promo will be playable only if the minimum prise is 5$ other wise nope...
