We will run 3 weekly $100 tournaments at 888poker from March 1 until June 12, 2017. Anyone can participate in these tournaments and battle for a share of the $4,500 leaderboard prize pool.

well this is kinda new approach to brm leaderboards with having a buy-in, not been following these leaderboard issues closely, but i believe previously tourneys didn't have any buy-ins, i wonder how this will change the situation- maybe only to the good? less entrants, less of a donkfest?

I must say that I am surprised with new leaderboard and this buy-in things!all this years we had freerolls and then to earn points and to get money,but this will something new and dont think that we will have lot of players!I understand that we need some protection from all of people who use our passwords,but buy-in is not solution! good luck to all who will play this!
I think this is a good idea adding a buy in will be less of a donkfest and more people will join Bankroll Mob for the password and Leaderboard race. The prizes are bigger then previous 888Leaderboard good luck Mobsters.

This will be interesting. With the buy in, there will be less entrants, no doubt about that. And for the ones that can participate the extra prize money of the leader board is good too. I see that the first place pays 750 US$ now. This is way more than a starting bankroll Good luck to all.
rather controversial decision to weed out extraneous people .... before all the tournaments were free from BRM and then suddenly everything changed ... I think the players will not be very much ... well I doubt that the entrance fee is a good solution

I would like to try this 888leaderboard. However i cash out all the money i had there and i am not very interested to make a deposit because their exchange rate is very high.
So the only way i could is if someone would make me a $20.00 transfer against the same amount on Stars.

Finally the new leaderboard will start it will be a long run just more then 100 days Im like this new format with 1$ buy in at least i hope they dont be 1000 players per tournament. I go to register but i see that im already register with my username i think that is for all of us who play in last leaderboard?

There is quite a large prize pool on offer for these tournaments and it will be interesting to see which of the mobsters can win big. Good luck to all the mobsters playing

Some people complained that password for the tournament had been leaked and shared in the previous 888poker leaderboard competition. But the event was a huge success. Good luck to all those participating.

So! This is an interesting change of tack from the guys and gals at BRM and 888. Lots of previous complaints about stolen passwords and none BRM players playing and bingoing their way to success (without getting on the leaderboard) and now they do something about it to remove the freeloaders. Looking forward to seeing the impact!

I think it's a good thing that we have to buy participation,I think that $ 1 is not a lot, this is a good leaderboard with a lot of good prizes,all we want free tournaments, to protect us maybe it's better this way, a small number of participants in the tournament gives great chances

I dont have money at 888 and for sure I will not deposit there,so I will not play this leaderboard!never had deposits at 888 site,only money from promotion,freerolls and sign up bonus!so too bad that we dont have options for freerolls,like we had in past!

i think overall it's a good decision, from poor dudes of view (pochui included) it's kinda sh1tty move, since having $0 in your account kinda limits your chances in taking part in these tourneys a "little bit", but i think that the game quality will be better, and that's a great thing.

To all the BRM forum members who don't have monies on their account, what are you waiting for? start playing freerolls today. In 888 it is always possible to score some cents when you get in the money, all you have to do it play a lot of freerolls and then you can also play LIMIT cash games so you can create a dollar out of those cents. You can also play sit N go's for 10 cents. All you need is determination, GL ALL!

They have put the money from the freeroll that used to take place after the event was over, into the prize pool, for the paid places. This is why the prizes for finishing in the money, in the board are that high this time. Lets see how many will participate on this one.
