Hi, usebrains. I am so sorry to hear that. How long have you been residing in Indonesia? Did you just move there? I thought I saw some regulars from Indonesia on PartyPoker a couple of days ago...

well too bad that you have all the poker sites blocked there, probably it's due to greedy politicians who hope to make a gazillion or two from taxes... now usebrains, you're asking us whether there is any trick to bypass those restrictions, there is- you have to use your brains and probably a vpn too.

Is a VPN (and brains) sufficient though? Don't you need some proof of where you live when you withdraw?

dont get me wrong, but I think that in indonesia gambling have things with religion, islam,so maybe that is on of reason why they dont give poker!I know how it is in dubai!when I was there 6 years ago,you cant open any forum, gambling site or anything that is about this, even on your own laptop!so maybe this is case in indonesia too!but I could play on poker software, because I had downloaded version of poker stars!

Wow! Fancy having all poker banned in a country whe you love to! Really, I have never considered that before moving countries I would need to check on the local legislation to see whether I could play poker or not. Another example of what a crazy old world in which we live... full of intricacies and challenge.

If you cant play there, then dont try too. I think it is easy for any site to see if you are using a vpn or not. They will let you play probably, as long as you are losing, but the story will change if you win and request a cash out.
In Russia, too, almost all casino and poker sites are blocked ... but I use the VPN extension for Google Chrome browser and the problem ceases to exist ... try to do the same and the problem will be solved ... or is it also prohibited in your country?

I so don't like these all problems by governments why can't i hust decide where I want to spend my oen money? I mean it is my money, so what if i want to play poker, casino or any other thing, why is this illegal? Is is like drugs, or bombs, or something like that? Its just a game, if people lose their money it's their problems they don't do anything wrong to others by losing their own money

@marqis- i don't know this exact situation, usually sites don't give a sh1t where you come from, only politicians do. you just provide id card for identification purposes if necessary and proceed to withdrawing to some ewallet, leaving politicians in the dust, sure if you want to withdraw to local bank, you're screwed. but hey i'm no lawyer, maybe this won't work to him.

Hmmm ..... if you follow your logic, then in Australia and the Czechs where online poker was banned, too, what is Muslim? As well as in Russia where the casino and poker sites are located ... but in my country Orthodoxy ... probably all the same here the main thing is silly laws and religion has nothing to do with it
