It looks like you are doing a survey on this one. First canadians now americans.
Are you looking for a country to migrate that can use the neteller card?
Or is another reason behind the survey? Smile

What did you do that's terrible for your accounts to be frozen? You did not pay taxes and now your accounts are seized? This happened to one of my friends and he still had to pay taxes in order to start using his bank cards again

I am not sure this is a good idea since Western Union will rob you blind with all their fees for this transaction, I'd rather find a close firend with a working bank account, send him/her the money via neteller or skrill and you could get yours with less hassle.

Are you sure you want to use Western Union to transfer money.
have use it once many years ago and never again.
With the fees their are having, they are practically stealing you.
Look for an alternative.

aye not good when you have north korean inspired money rules accepted by your country, no net+ or net- card is going to help you in your quest to evacuate your millions out of the clutches of politicians. i guess that's why they created bitcoin huh? not saying it's very reliable or such, but it does have it's advantages...

Yes it is true Western union fees are horrible IMO you should never used them.

Go see moneygram there you can have the fees before you make your transfer without obligation.

So if the fee is ok with you then you process and if not you just go out and the transaction is not done.

Surely, but if he would have this amount in bitcoins he could not do anything with it either since wallets/exchanges will still need banking info once he sold his coins for good. Otherwise there just one way to get your money - thats if they cut a check for him.

Checked the moneygram and their fees.
I have to see they are better than western union, they have like half the fees of them,
but still pretty high.
They start with about 4% in the first thousand, and this without conversion fees.
