Hey guys it's been a while how's it going?
I was just wondering if anyone else plays on Coral poker? After a year away from poker I have been playing there for a few months but the VIP status has been stuck on beginner ever since it reached 100% and since then I have gone on to amass over 1300 points which should have put me on their fourth tier of VIP. Pretty weird as I have seen other people join higher VIP freerolls.
My friend who plays there too has the same problem. I have tried live chat but they were unhelpful and two days ago I have emailed them but no reply as of yet. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone plays there and if they have the same problem or not.

Hey Phisix. Welcome back to the forum. I have heard of Coral Poker. It's one of the iPoker skins, isn't it? Their support team is usually helpful in solving general problems. Maybe your case is unique and needs special attention. I hope the issues get resolved soon.

Its an old site, from what i remember. Never played there, so absolutely no clue about their support. But in many cases online support is "weaker" that the email support. Try the slow way and wait for answers. Better not keep playing before your issue is resolved.
Their site as well as their their support is a literal $hit$how - one and a half year ago I had some problem in their betting section at the end of the email chain I had with them I was forbidden to enter their site again. I was not even used cursings or whatnot it was a legit complain.
No i haven't played on this site, but i have heard about it, and if i remember i checked it a long time ago when i wanted to place a bet or two but then i chose William Hill, since it looked more reliable to me. Hope that your situation will be solved.
Some time ago I tried to register in this poker room but I encountered some kind of restriction (as far as I remember) ... so this poker room I could not use for my game ... as I see it seems like you're one of the Few who play in this poker room

I play poker on coral but I have not noticed a problem about my status or about my points,I play only free roll tournaments and I do not have a lot of points I think that this poker is fair, similar as the other poker companies

well this is a nice loyalty program, created to minimize costs at all costs probably, players are doomed to root in the beginners level until he is crippled with psychological problems like low self confidence and this leads to player losing all of his bankroll at coral casino games which with the help of NLP are being infused in players unsuspecting brain...

I really only originally joined it as they were doing a first deposit deal where you deposit £5 or over and you got 5x 5 euro tickets which I used on DoNs and won 4/5 of them. And from there I have just used it as my main site as they have a lot of freerolls and easy missions going every day. I also have a rakeback program going with another site through coral so its my go to site for that extra income once a month.
The only problem(and like every other Ipoker skin) is how dodgy the suckouts and stuff are compared to other sites. I only really want it fixed so I can exchange my points for money and to get extra freerolls.
I actually received an email yesterday night but I forgot I was signed up with another email and didn't leave my username as I wrote it half asleep so I had to resend via that and to wait again. I will keep you updated on what happens, especially if its working fine for Vaci38 which is a bit weird.

I never had a problem with Coral Poker about nothing,several times I had the payment, the money is in the correct time arrived on my account, but I wrote already that I do not have a lot of points I play more free roll tournaments, I bet regularly but now has a restriction for my country and not receiving a bet from me, but the same is with WilliamHill, not only with Coral, poker and other games I'm free to use

They emailed me back and apologized for it and said the system and a team will look into it. I will give them a week and see if it gets fixed.
I also left a table a little while ago and the money has not returned yet. I will leave it until tomorrow and see if it has returned. Nothing but problems and b******t poker on Ipoker skins, but coral is great for freerolls that's about it.
I did come 6th in the daily mission tonight so I get a nice entry to the weekly on Saturday for some decent money and a low player count, which is needed after the shite I have witnessed on their tonight. Lost nearly all of my roll on some of the worst stuff you usually get on Ipoker. I did withdraw some earlier though luckily.

Withdrawing has never been an issue its just the vip status went up to 100% and never moved onto the next vip status like it should have. Never had that problem on Ladbrokes and thats Ipoker.
