can someone help me out pls? havent played for a while on PS. im a bit lost with this new rewards systhem. today i played some zoom for about 3 hours but didnt receive any coins. then i noticed there is some kind of "start button".
do i have to click on it every time ? else no coins? and when i click "start" nothing happens. anyone else experienced same prob?
Maybe you have to opt in the option,.. Just like by party poker,. But i am not sure cus its been a long time sinds i played pokerstars. maybe its shown in the pokerstars web page

T3ddyKGB i think it's best to send that email to pokerstars and ask all the questions that you need for the answers. Only in this way can you find out why you do not receive it this coins. Since you play real money and you have not accumulated the coins i think it's a problem. It is also possible to depend on the account you are playing Pokerstars or Fuill Tilt even if it is now the same software in many countries.

I cant remember do you have to start this new system and to opt in,but even if you must do this at start,you dont have to do anything more after that,because points just go on your account!for every prize you have to open chest to see what did you get!but if you have problems,it would be best to contact support!

thanks guys! i still do not get coins for some reason. support only tells me things i either didnt ask or things i already know about. im gonna cash out tomorrow again after 48 hour passed. i left 888 because their reward isnt that great, but looks like jokerstars shrinked the rake once more.
If I was a new player on PokerStars, then most likely for me would be the interesnoikh new rewards. But as I there play long ago, I will tell honestly, PokerStars for a long time not the fact that was earlier. Earlier I very much liked their policy and the attitude towards players, the statuses and FPP glasses. I thought that it is better not to find room poker, but now I very seldom at them play and to praise them now than I can't unless except excellent software. I hope there will be a miracle and they will correct the policy.

I do not think the pokerstars software is excellent. Is worse than it was before. I noticed that they lost enough players. Pokerstars 6 it was better. Now with this new pokerstars 7 software is much weaker. They should be ashamed. I can not play that software for real money.

You are right CALICUL. I hardly dealt with this software of PokerStars 7 and I am still confused in it. The prior version was very convenient and clear. And players leave as their policy and the relation changed to players, plus to everything many countries were disconnected.
