Very sad thing to see some people get their money in account but no chance to get this money into their bank accounts, I too have such experience in my hostpry og playing some small rooms. I don't think it is good to meep any bigger money than minimum deposit in poker room

If you want to do something with the misery duck poker and fraud you can also use my nickname DRACULADUCK. These guys deserve some punishment. I do not know if you can do that, but I hope your complaint will be successful. Maybe who knows in a way we'll get our money back. It remains to be seen

Dacapo : I send many email to support to answer me , but they never respond, now once i complian to police they blocked my IP address also now
Joe : they are not offline they are still avaialbe but not responding to player whom they blocked it
Calicus : pokerstars and 888 are best, i will start playing there wih fresh start along with waiitng for some movement too.
But if all vvictim complain to police definately police will take some action...we have together keep complaining it...it is only solution for the moment..

You have put too much faith into the "police complaints" and i dont really see why. Do you expect, that they will even bother for some complaints, from the internet, coming from citizens from other countries?

the other problem is we are just to small of a player base to make a lot of effort. if i would be the police there and reiceive email from dilip from india maybe its instantly in my spam order. sorry dilip really appreciate your efforts but in the end maybe mober is right and they got other things to do there. still i wiill support you and please keep updating here dilip. thanks...

The money is belong to ours, so effort has to done by ourselves only....and there is no hard to making efforts for our money...at least..i would relieve...i could try my best at my leevel....choice is yours....i dont mine it...if i had to go to interpol for this...i would go for that also for without hesitation...because we are correct ...and they are scammer...it does not matter how small account we have how small money it is.... a small aunt some time kill giant elephant on his day....trying is not bad idea...because it is our wound...not others...lol..

they can just close poker room and live cyprus without any problem,even if somebody want to investigate this problem,but I dont think that police want to have anything with this problem!especially when their main thing is tourism!

So they have not stopped this scam site yet. These bastards have courage not fear. I thought they closed the poker room but they still activate. Must be held accountable for blocking cash games. In this way we have not been able to make the necessary points for withdrawal. And of course for fraud, cheating or anothers illegal business
Duckpoker has not tweeted for a year, the have lost their license (apparently, from above) also for a year, any deposits are literally and legally total fraud, however still pushing freerolls and deposit bonuses on facebook, there should be more than enough evidence to take down the website, and the facebook. Finding the right legal avenue may be tricky (ADMIN) someone within the European Union has extra legal recourse than us, could be a real coup to a top website, helping to enforce good business practices and standing up for their users.

Have you kept any data like screenshots or videos from the site, when you were all able to connect, with the money you had in your account? Cause if you have never deposited there, you wont have any proof without it.
