But we had this discussion a million times before. Yes, this time the drawing guy hit his hand and won the pot. But with the odds that low, it will not happen very often. And all the other time WE collect the pot.

What a bad joke, your opponent played like a mega donk and get a gift on the river. Ok that can happen, but we see it so often... This kind of donk protection destroyed the motivation to playing poker.

This is when the poker gods are really taking the rise out of you. You get the nearly perfect flop and still come out losing. It's at times like this when you think the whole world is against you and you feel like punching the screen!!

In the same way I lost a lot of times in pokerstars. You played with a garbage player. They risk very often and win. And you or me lose that hand. If we play the same way like DINAMO... we do not win. Only retards are lucky in these hands. And you have to stay calm because this fish or another rival like DINAMO... play more chaotic and you can not force how to play his hand. Relax and GL with your games

In this mode Omaha everything is predictable as to the hands you can get where the odds of percentages can go from 98% to 2% winning on the street of the turn to revert it on the river incredibly by 100% as in this case Bad luck, this time I touched you.

Why you still bother to play you ask for the same reason that we all do because we love this game Some times like this one you feel crushed and want to give up but when you win a mega hand you feel hyper good and don`t fprget the rush that we feel until the last card

well to answer your question "why do i still bother playing" even taking into account the usual sh1t that poker rooms sometimes throws at all of us, deep down inside you still believe that you can win. if you didn't that would be the end of your poker player career.
This situation is of course very unpleasant ... in any tournament there are people who play insanely and sometimes they are lucky .... it's very unpleasant ... but I myself sometimes make insane bets ... either at the very beginning of the tournaments or when I lost before Large amount of chips

I bet he called cause he had a flush draw, but you had the nuts for it anyway. He got very lucky on the river. Such moves you can see often in an omaha tournament, but not in cash games. That would have been one of the most stupid calls ever, if it was a ring game

Stupid, but successfull. And yes; i think also that the flush draw, how little it was here, played a major part in the decision making procedd. He thought he had outs with all the other clubs still in the deck.

Happens. Omaha is an insane action game. In my opinion it's better for winning if you are better than you opponent as the skill level difference is wider, as it is even wider with 7 card stud, but hard to find action with 7cs online.
Anyways, I think if memory serves correct that even the best 4 starting cards is only a 56-44% favourite other any other hand. That's how narrow the margin is, which is great for action, but higher variance obviously.

yeh thats why I play omaha for the action - I dont usually complain but when this picture as I posted shows the culmination of sick beats of the day which after a while hit you mentally. I dont mind his preflop call, id do the same - but then its just a bs call on the flop when he has a 2-3% chance of winning. as people have said maybe the flush draw helped him call but in omaha its quite rare to win with the lowest possible flush. theres that saying about if you cant spot the fish at the table then its you, well I spotted the fish but the fish f'ing won unfortunately though PS still has the bigger and better variety of games so no doubt ill be seeing this again
