I was surprised because I just got an email where it says that the promotion is still valid and although I go to the promotions tab the promotion does not figure. Has the same happened to you? Do you still receive the promotion alert by mail? I would like to know your comments. Thank you very much.-

I got the same email I contacted partypoker live support but the click and win partypokercasino card never appeared in my account they told me to forward the email to [email protected] which I did still awaiting an update from support about it through email hope that they aren't misleading people about this promo would be good to still get it somehow was a good promo from partypoker

I think you have to be persistent and ask for your free cards send email copy the message they sent to you ,It has happened many times that party poker offers something to me but I got it only after sending email good luck I hope you succeed in getting free card

Lets see how this will go, with the forwarding of the email. Do you think they have spammed by mistake many accounts? I hope this isnt the deal and you will get the promotion back. It was a nice one for some free dollars

Hopefully support helps out and gives the free card they escalated the email to the department maybe they will do something nice and still give the promo and some free money but if anyone got spammed by mistake doesn't hurt to forward the email you received and see if they are feeling generous and will give everyone something as a good will gesture would be nice for a change

If they say t was by mistake,then you can ask for a small compensation for it If you ask nicely, you never know. A tournament ticket for example, is better than nothing, but cant be compared with participating in the promotion. Unless its a big ticket

I know even a small tournament ticket would be great maybe they will do something nice and give small compensation would be a good gesture on their part. I know that promo is very valuable very good prizes up for grabs it was one of the best promos I have seen on partypoker hopefully something good comes of it hope for the best

well actually I am not surprised by all of similar fcuk ups, they do happen and it's normal part of the business, we don't know really how the promotions system works from the inside, whether they have some sort of restrictions based on the activity of the player, maybe geographical maybe both etc.

I keep getting emails too, not just for their "click and collect cup of cards" promo, but for the powerfest or whatever, but they seem to be the same promotion? I don't see a place under Rewards then Promotions to try to pick up two free tickets. They had that going for a little while earlier this month though, as I recall. I assumed that I'm still getting emails for a promotion that's done with.

I didnt got any mail from them for long time,same as fot this promotion,so probably they have reasons why they send to somebody mails and to other they dont!you should copy this mails and send them and ask why you getting mails,but dont have this promotion!

I sent emil back them and asked for compensation. As a benign gesture, was credited 11 TS $ (poker), and this was succeeded in triggering.

OMG. There are compensations if any poker room is late with any bonus. I have not heard of it until now. However it is good that you received it your bonus and now you will have the chance to play more(other than your deposit) and why not earn a bigger bankroll faster. Good Luck with that.

Actually, I was angry because I received emails every week, but there was no small icon under the promotion tab. That's why I wrote to them why I get email every week if it's just empty advertising !? Anyway, there are a lot of problems with their new PP client. I guess maybe they've been compensated for that.

Wow nice congrats on the $11 compensation I ended up getting 20 free spins and I won $1 from them and then I continued playing and won $3 which I promptly cashed back and it was a nice little boost to my bankroll still was a good return I'm satisfied

Not bad at all that ticket. You can get a good boost if you manage to finish in the money with it, as a whole, cause i see you are saying it is tournament dollars, so you can split it. Anyhow good luck with it. It looks after all, it was sent my mistake, since they game out compensation

very nice move from party poker and this show that is worth to send mail,when you think that mistake is up to them!so they see that they were wrong and this is nice apology from them and everybody should do like him,to send mail!
