Some times it takes a while for a bonus to get processed. But you are talking about "some weeks ago" so it has taken quite enough already. Right a message to BRM through your personal page, by clicking on Bonuses... to find more details about it.

First of all, you should email for this poker room Mira and ask why you have not received the bonus until then. If they say that the bonus must be sent by those from The BankrollMob then you will do as it was explained to you by Mober. It's not so easy you have to wait a bit for them to check your documents. Proof of ID or another utility bill i think. Good Luck

It would be a good idea also to so a search over the internet for this site and reviews. To get an idea on what is going on, and what to expect. Better start by doing all the verifications and then start playing there. Just to be sure you wont have any problem with this part in the future.
