Hello kuntysh12. You have to wait two or three weeks so that this bonus gets into their account. Maybe one month. The fault can be your documents which is harder to check sometimes or party poker moderators who are too busy. You sent all the documents? if yes then send an email to their address asking for explanations. Relax if everything is ok you will receive the bonus.
