Famous poker player Phil Hellmuth rejoiced at the success of all the hated Chris Ferguson at the WSOP. Ex-director of Full Tilt Poker won the sixth bracelet of the World Series. Then Helmut made a photo with him and put it on Twitter. This act did not go unnoticed, for the poker players as well as for all famous personalities the reputation is important, to support, and even more so to make a photo with such a "specific personality" as Chris Ferguson forced other players including Daniel Negreanu and Jason Mercier to condemn such a trick Phil Hellmuth. Yes there are a lots of people who hate chris Ferguson and mot only professional poker players, but simple people who lost money on full tilt poker or people who just know this story. But there are people who still like Ferguson and now are very happy that he has so good results in poker.

There is no doubt that some players wont forget what has happened with full tilt. Ans especially the ones that know the story better. But besides that fact, he has proved he is a good poker player in the past, with all his wins, like he did now again.

Hellmuth was the right supporter for Fergusan Ok i like the tv poker shows with Hellmuth in the past, but to bring back the reputation for Fergusan he was not the right guy But we will see, perhaps we heard more about the FT scandal in the near future...

I believe the same as Phil Hellmuth. Chris Ferguson is innocent because he did not run away with the players' money. You think like pokerstars or other poker rooms do not use the players' money for another business? I think they do but not everyone runs away with the money.
Chris Ferguson is innocent ..... probably ..... maybe he knew what was happening and maybe for him everything that was happening turned out to be a big unpleasant surprise .... now it's hard to judge about this .... I think if he knew about what is happening, he never acknowledges this

Innocent or not, the only was they can do something against him now is meet him at the tables and beat him, on his game. And that for all hi haters. Cause there are still players that like him. Maybe he was involved, maybe not...

Yes I too think that if you no like him you can just say it and then go and win versus him on poker tables , because to just hate and be negative change nothing. Situation with full tilt was bad and maube he was wrong maybe not but now situation is over and we live nit in past.
of course you need to live right not by past times but by what happens at the moment ... and this moment this great player became a player of the year .... and I think he absolutely deserved this title .... This faces should be banned permanently from playing poker, the only game they should be able to play is on zynga poker with play money, they should never be allowed to play any poker, good job Daniel on calling Phil out, even dou Phil had nothing to do with FT, and they are friends with the scumbag, it says more about Phil then the scumbag, after all, people get judged by the company they keep.

Well if you think like that, then they should take actions against phil ivey too, since according to the court's decision he cheated. It is all about perception after all and personal taste. All the fans of ivey for example, dont care at all, about what has happened, or dont see what he did as cheating.

SBEP my friend i do not know why you're angry with chris ferguson. That man did not steal the players' money. He just took money from his account but did not run away with that money. If he was guilty he was punished for this. Anyway a penalty has been received because he missed enough of the important tournaments.
