34th place in $250 BRM Freeroll on Stars   0
Not too bad considdering the freerolls are mostly unplayable as they are overrun by eastern european donks from the password stealing sites...

So on the one hand it is great to finish 34th out of 10.000 players.... Big Smile Big Smile On the other hand getting $1.02 for several hours of play sucks...

I think BRM should rather stop those freerolls and do other promotions that can be kept within the community. What's the use of a private freeroll when You end up with 10.000 opponents? If the $250 prizepool would have been given away as 25 times $10 to random active members here in the forum that would add a lot more vavlue to a BRM membership than those tourneys....

I agree it's too many people for a $250 free roll how many players from that tournament are active members here probably 200. The password should only be given out to members with atleast 100 posts but probably still the password will get shared. The only solution for the tournament is a no password ticket system issued manually by Pokerstars that recognizes players registered here on BRM.

yeah this is an issue that has been discussed many times before and for sure there is no real value in those freerolls other than leaderboard if there is such running. I guess a lot better solution is to play weekly brm freeroll on party poker with about 250 players in the run and $200 in prizepool.

Yes I too think it is very bad to see so many players this this pokerstars freeroll, and for not so big prizepool. I do not like to play for many hours and make no more than follar and then lose this follar in a few sit and go tournaments, better make small deposit and play with no problems

ten thousand players of course this is very very much ... and of course it would be nice if only members of the BRM played in this freeroll ... but in practice it seems to me very difficult to implement .... therefore it is necessary to reconcile with this situation .. . 34 place etio certainly very good ... I congratulate

This tournament is a special freeroll. It does not matter that is too long. You have the opportunity to develop your talent to play poker holdem. The skills of each player( with eastern european donks as you said) can be developed because it is not a real money game. It is very good.

Those tournaments is a form of advertisement for the brm one way or another.
A topic that has been discussed many times already.
It seems it works well for brm, so for the time being, this is how it goes.
A freeroll tournament, with a chance to win some money.
But indeed if you are not in the final table or close to it, the money is too low for the time
you have played the game.

I think that you can be very proud of your 34th place finish, especially due to the sheer magnitude of the tournament. These tournies are very difficult to cash in so well done again to you

Thats strong, to play a long time against a lot of other players and to quit the tourney near the itm places. This kind of freerolls at Stars are not interesting for me, too much player for a little winning chance of a small price.

I think 10000 players are too much. This is an issue for several years and the bankrollmob strategy about it i think will never change. They are promoting their site and inviting new players etc. All bankroll mobers can fill the forum with reply's and admin will take no S,,, about it. Are something changed about that?

Massive well done to our fellow mobster kraemer for finishing in 34th place in the tournament at PokerStars. It demands strenuous effort to maneuver through the field of 10,000 players from all over the world.

after he saw ten thousand registered players as a little ... no ... very much lost the incentive to play in this tournament .... the more the prize fund is very small ...... probably I will not try to play any more in this tournament .... a lot of lost time and at best a small win

This free tournament is just one a week. I think it should be left as it is. There are other tournaments for members of this community in rooms like full tilt, party poker or 888 poker with real money. This freeroll with 10.000 players is very good for new members or for beginner players.

Yes I think too that to finish in 34th place from big amount of players like 10000 is so hard to do, and of course it is better to get this resulted in wsop main event Smile but I think it is maybe harder to get such results in freerolls because people play stupid many times and no money to risk to lose

It may look easy cause it is a freeroll, but it isnt.
If you take in mind how many players are in, and how many of the donking all in all the
time Smile, you need to be also very lucky to get there.
First stages is just a flip coin.

Really not too bad considering the freerolls are mostly not always unplayable because as they are having eastern European brothers from the password theft pages, you succesfull to finished 34th out of 10.000 players. great effort, but $1.02 for several hours of playing is not well, but o boy I think BRM should rather increase those freerolls and do other geat promotions for the the community. $250 prize-pool is amazing but it can be more, every one wants more, moooore, gl all!
