Radioactive playing cards were found in Berlin  0
In the historical homeland of Fedor Holtz, in the city of Berlin, a complaint was received at the police station that a high radiation background was recorded near the garbage truck. During the check, police officers found a standard deck of 52 cards, but 13 cards of this deck were processed with the radioactive substance Yod-125.
While it was not possible to determine exactly where the given deck was used, but there is practically no doubt that it was intended for dishonest game. Detectives suggest that by marking the cards in this way the sharper gets information from their partners who use the dosimeter to read the cards.

What the hell, smoking gives you cancer, drinking gives you cancer, eating GMOs gives you cancer, too much in the sun gives you cancer, suncream/lotion is cancerous, but now...even gambling gives you cancer. Who would know that your friendly match of poker is lethal. Today you can't find a hobby anymore that doesn't make you ill. I suggest bringing your Geiger counter and lead suit, a good thing is that no one can read you when you sit at the tables with a big yellow suit.

well this is fcukin high tech to be honest. to mark a deck of cards with radioactive substance is quite a rare form of card marking. jeez so hard to get a decent card game these days without anyone trying to cheat you one way or another. better just stick with consuming alcohol.

I'm staying and wondering if these radiation affect the health of the players. What kind of brain have these animals who use such methods to cheat at the casino. It's incredible what despair can do for money. If i were a judge i would punish badly but first find those guilty.

What else are we going to hear. Cheating with radioactive cards.
Was it healthy to do this one? Even for the cheaters?
Makes you wonder how stupid some people are to go to such lengths, in the first place.

it seems to me that the heat of the playing cards was very small .... probably scammers still have a little thought about their health .... if the radioactivity of these playing cards was dangerous to health, then no winnings would help cure diseases associated with radioactivity .. . I think so

Yes veey strange situation, people who want to steal your money are very clever, so they think about all new ideas and plans how to take you money and cheat you, not nust take mo ey because of skill. Of course hard to know if you can trust you opponents at plker tabkes, there is always risk

According to the police report, the amount of Iodine 125 was not enough to be dangerous unless handled directly, although it still posed a health risk as the amount of radiation it gives out is eight times the legal limit. The 41-year-old is being investigated for releasing ionising radiation which could result in a fine or even a prison term of up to five years. It is so far unclear who her accomplices were in the gambling trick. Very interesting.

Radioactive playing cards are good to play in the underground without a light Big Smile But this news sounds verry funny, nobody believes that this cards was used in a card game. Perhaps this cards had a contact with other radioactive garbage.

it's probably funny ... but of course it's pretty sad .... maybe it's true that this deck of cards had contact with some kind of radioactive material ... but then it remains incomprehensible that not all cards have radioactivity .... probably all there was an attempt at fraud

Off course, but this was what i mean. Not all card have a contact with the radiactove material, so it seems for me, that a other part of the garbage was the problem. But it was true, that this was not really a funny news.

Not all cards were radioactive, cause probably not all cards were marked.
They just wanted to mark some specific cards and have the advantage.
What ivey did with the edge shorting, it wasnt a good idea for them Smile

I do not understand one thing. A complaint was received at the police station. Who did this and how he knew it the level of radiation is high. With what he did this discovery of radiation. Maybe those cheaters had a verbal fight and everything started from the money. Very bizarre and ugly of course.

So, from my limited knowledge and understanding of radiation, for just 13 specific cards (and as far as I can see it does not state which cards and therefore we cannot see the significance of the so called marked cards) to be contaminated, without the others also becoming contaminstaed in some way is fairly remote! Would be nice to see the whole story? Wouldn’t the guy with the Geiger counter at the table look a little suspicious?

he,he,cant believe what people will do to cheat and to try to win money from fraud!its just crazy that on this way they mark 13 cards and would be nice to see what was this cards!maybe will see in next days!
