Is anyone else having problems with the lucky chip spin ? I have been spinin everyday since the 25th and I have won tournament tickets and 3$sports bet . Nothing has been credited to my account . And it's been way past 72 hours . I researched this a little bit and I see users on other forms are having the same issue .

contact 888 support. i get those tickets always within 24hours. the sportsbet and casino ticktes isnt listed in the pokerroom, in case you were looking for them. so if you have a casino ticket you will have to launch the casino, same with sportsbet tickets.

I have won 4,000 fortune tourney ticket and 4 x1,000 lucky chip free roll tickets and 3$ sports bet that have already been past 72 hours . And none credited to my account I emailed but no reply so I just called them they credited a 4,000 fortune free roll ticket to my account out of good will. I won the 3$ sports bet on Thursday . And she insisted for me to wait 72 hours . I can't seem to explain that it's already been 72 hours from Thus day but they always gotta be right .

There are delays for the tickets you win in the 888Poker Room. It often takes more than 72 hours and that's because of the new software. I received some tickets late but there were no problems. All the tickets were eventually entered into my 888 account. I hope to fix the problem for all players.

It looks like the transition from one year to the other, didnt go well, for a couple of sites, with many technical problems. Lack of staff maybe during these days, or too much drinking for them Hope it wont last the whole year Contact support again and again till this is resolved.

I experienced the same issues, filed a complaint and hey! they respond in 24 minutes pointing at all kinds of disclosures, but in their e-mail they summarized it as I am cheating and a fraud!!!! So I immediately replied to explain themselves to a loyal customer... they said sorry and now I have one ticket in my account, but I miss at least a 1$ Blast ticket and two 1000 lucky spin tickets.

I do not know what to say about your problem. Maybe you were confused with someone else or 888poker is very bad. You have sent your personal documents to their email to be considered? or they may have made the mistake of confusing you with some bot. There are many bots in the big poker rooms

No doubt 888poker is a site that we dont hear complaints often. Getting only one of your tickets is part of the solution. Keep emailing till you get it short it to the full Good thing they apologized to you. Some times it depends on the employee that you get in touch with
I've noticed one important thing about this promotion. As maragatero previously mentioned, 95% of spins from PC ends without any prize. But when I spin the wheel second time within a day from my mobile device, I win in 100% cases! I've already won about 20 tickets for their tourneys and even $1 cash. Hope one time I'll score something bigger. GL to all!

Yes i confirm so many spins without any win. And the mobile spin after 17gmt was never credited so when i contacted the representer they followed my concern and told me after 48 hours i will get an answer and they didn t gave me an answer after this i emailed them again and they said sorry wait again 72hours and they finaly sent me a 4k$ fortune trail ticket in compensation but now there is no more free spins on mobile and i lost the 4k$ ticket. Sometimes they are so cruel these representers.

Like i said before, probably your situation was handled by the wrong employee. You can find them everywhere in all sorts of businesses But a serious business monitors almost everything, Thus the compensation. And it must be better than the tickets you have won from the promotion

today finally 888poker began something new .... I have not quite figured out the structure of this ... I should read the description of this new promotion ..... it may be interesting ..... in my first rotation I did not get nothing .... Hi pajalnick, the wheel are more or less the same, with tournament tickets, $$ for sport bet and casino, but...now they include a big big prizes of $ 100000!!! That said the publicity, the really is that they start a few daily tournaments that have an acumulate $ 100000 prizes each day. It´s almost the same...but not! You can win $ 5,5 tickets for $ 5000 tournament, $ 13,5 tickets for $ 10000 tournament, buy it or change it for golden chips... (deception emoticon)
