some new poker or casino sites wants this kind of verification of your account and for me also this is very stupid thing!big sites will never do things like this and ofcourse its strange when its not enough when you copy ID,driving licence,passport or whatever document,same as utility bill,visa card!but dont know anything about this poker room!
Well, I guess that it's a modern way to verfy accounts now. I've been prompted to send such kind of photos on various sites, gambling and non-gambling. Skrill and Bankrollmob are on this list, too. I've registered at Ultima some time ago, sent a picture to them and got an instant email regarding successful verification. Played some sng's and tourneys there and found them pretty nitty.

It is not advisable to play in that poker room. Is a small room and is not at all attractive. Plenty of boredom. The most suitable rooms are those with many players because you have the best chance to withdraw your money without thinking that you will be stolen. Until he is recognized in the poker industry that room is not worth interest.

"Ultima Poker"? I have heard of "Ultimate Bet" but I actually didn't know "Ultima Poker" until I read this thread. "Ultima Poker" seems to be a standalone online poker site, and I guess they entered the online poker market recently.
hey there original poster of this topic. you are doing great over here by at least asking it, you know, always do some research. I really don't know about that site, so sadly I can't help you, but try to check out some reviews or maybe someone posted his experience and you can find it maybe with google, but if the site is new and not connected to any major company, then I suggest you to be cautious! I have never heard of this room before. Kinda reminded me of the ultimate poker, the well known one, along with absolute poker. Check over the net for some info about it. if you dont trust it, dont send anything.

I know that this is best way to show that you are really that person,but come on,it look like you are in jail and you hold number in hand and waiting for policeman to take picture!even if you are not that person and you steal document from somebody,you will have problems for cashout then!so this way is too much for me and you have lot of other ways fro verification!I think that same was with duck poker and see how they finished!

Skrill also wanted to keep my personal card in front of my face to verify my account, the reason they wrote me to make my limit bigger, I did not do it yet but one of my friends told me they could block me if I did not do it my friend told me that a few new poker games came up but I do not want to risk playing there

It's definitely, not worth playing in this new poker room. If you are a good player at heads up then it would be worth a chance because if you have luck you can earn some money with amateurs but do not make big depositing of course. Little deposit in case of bankruptcy, do not cry much.

these new poker sites are good because there is not a lot of players and for someone who is experienced and good poker player this is a good chance to earn a good amount of money, I know some of our members have taken a good amount of money from Everest poker I think there was some leaderboard there and several of our members were at the top of the table,but risk always exists

ultima poker is developing but if it does not come with smart solutions it will not last long in the market. There are already enough poker rooms in this online industry and if they do not attract players will go bankrupt. You can only play there for training at this time. Maybe in future it will be better.
