For play in the BRM tournaments (they give 5 tickets when you create an acount tracket) I´m go with them. The room is nice, very funny tables, and I won 3 prizes (One first place $30!!!). Then I think it´s good idea to keeep this poker client. I sent my scanned ID and a bill for verify my acount, and then I´m deposit the minimun ($10) for probe the sistem. Two days later after than everything is aprobated....a security team(?) freeze my acount and said that I need to contact them. I contact they, after 24 hs they ask me for my nickname, another 24 hs they said that i need to send scanned ID and a bill......they do not talk to each other? I´m losing BRM tournaments, I created an acount with them for play it, it´s no fair!!!

Yea some businesses have issues, with internal matters. And i am not talking about poker and online games. You should see here what is going on with some ISP providers, that they cant pass the matter, from one department to another. It is ridiculous, really. "i am sorry i cant help you with that. You will have to talk with that department." "ok then patch me through" "I am sorry i cant do that, you will have to call this number to get to them" Go figure...
I uploaded the files of my documents that I usually submit for verification ... usually it's enough for me and I will continue playing the game .... and in this room I requested documents in English .... but I do not have documents in English and I do not I can therefore provide them ... a strange room ...

Hmm, really very strange. I have never encountered this problem, and I sent about 20 or even more sets of documents through the years. Even the rooms that don't have russian support accept them. Maybe it's some kind of error or you faced an incompetent support worker?

Almost similar with duck poker and mira poker!! Why small and new poker site wasn't considerate nice ,easy and simple for their costumer? Did they not thinking that problem will take effect to their marketing ? when I got problem verify my ID, I didn't play at both site anymore

the fault is their incompetence in this case. I'm sorry for you my friend but these moderators do not respect the players too much(in many rooms) but they have the claim as players to rush to play in their room. Should be better focused on their job because some rooms went bankrupt due to these moderators.

Please provide us with one photograph of all of the following three documents shown together: a government issued ID, a proof of residence, and a memo (a memo can be a piece of paper with your Nickname handwritten on it) clearly showing your Nickname" Can you believe?

everything is clear with this poker room ... they started their fraudulent things almost immediately ... very well that I did not deposit money as it would have been thrown out money .... the reputable administration of the BRM can you somehow explain this ???. ... I probably will not play there anymore .... because it's not real to get money

Well, this seems to become a common practice nowadays. I've been prompted to send a 'memo' 4 or 5 times- the list of companies asking for that includes Skrill and our favourite site Bankrollmob. So to this point I see no fraud or something like that. But their support is obviously not doing their work as they should.

I thought this was a very interesting new poker room but it looks like my opinion is not good What this poker room is looking for is too much my nickname written on piece of paper but today you wrote something else about the program you used how they knew this program was not allowed to use?

maragatero, it seems that you have been going through hectic merry-go-round. It must be incredibly frustrating and disgusting. I wish I could help you somehow. I hope the issues get resolved quickly. Good luck.

With what you are going through you have given this thread an appropriate title Maybe it is because they are new at this. Lets hope that this is the reason and all problems will be resolved soon. The only thing you can do now is to have patience.

Is for the first time when i hear about it. My only documents that were requested of all the poker rooms where i played were the identity card, a bill of light. gas or cable tv and picture with my card. I think these boys are very paranoid to ask for such a thing. Unbelievable. The times are changing and they are probably forced to ask for it.

The administration don´t give me any help, but something happened because BRM don´t show the daily Breakout Promotional freeroll than end in febraury 25th...

these people are not paranoid but just create the most obstacles to preventing the player from receiving money ... this is of course very sad .... if I see on the BRM site what kind of promotion I automatically trust this room ..... and in this case, everything is very bad ... I would like to hear the opinion of the BRM administration about this

Thanks Mober, I really need a lot of patient.Here is no autority of Poker´s Good Rules where the costumers/players could go and ask for some help to this abuse. I think that if someone build an organization who defend the pokers players could have a succes!
maragatero my friend, I fully understand your frustration, but really don't see what's wrong in general with BRK to this point. Yes, it seems that they have more strict rules than most of other rooms, and their support is not great, but that's still no fraud or something like that. I guess that you have used some kind of HUD program, like Pokertracker or HM2 or any other poker software while BRK client was running, and they don't allow this. All you have to do is write a message to support that you will not use any poker software in future while BRK client is opened and, obviously, don't use it really. Keep us informed about your situation, and good luck!
