so yesterday I could have this bonus and today I got 5 e free for playing some elephant slot of something like that and when I open that slot,getting message like some other members that this game cant be played in my jurisdiction!

There is a simple solution,..just contact live support show them the error,.. And ask them kindly iff they could change it were u can use the 5 euro on a few different slots,.. It only takes a few minute they erase manualy the bonus and you can opt one in for 5 euro

I think that you cant use on any other slot!I had same problem few months ago,but on other slot and asked support,but they couldnt help!its stupid rule and dont know why they have lot of restrictions on promotions in last time,epsecially when you can click on them!

I had exactly the same problem, like many others in this topic, contacted Live support, and they changed this bonus for a $5 bonus which I was free to use at any game at the Games section.
This was a nice promotion,...i only managed one time 20 euro cash-out with this promotion.. And was the first day,..i had 2 x 1,50 scratch card race,...i made one time 15 euro.. And one time 6 i played it a few times,..then iwent over to starburst,.. when i see i could cash it out i did ,..and 4 ore 5 hours later in my account

well dont know what to say!maybe I will try this next time,but I think that I couldnt do anything last time!and for me its best maybe not contact support again,becacuse last time agent told me that my account cant get free promotion anymore,but I still have them!
