I just used now my 30 seconds free spin and I thought I would not get anything on this slot but at the last spin I got 0.70 cents I think this is the worst slot so far no gain until the last spin but a worse situation could happened 0 cents gain

i dont even get the offer from hills?is this for Eastern Europe players only???,they were 20 years ago Brittish but moved to the off Islands fr tax reasons,now they dont give a feck for the Brits....

ha,ha,I made same mistake!thought that first will be normal 30 seconds free spins,but I claimed it and then I sawed that this is 10 e wager bonus!now need to contact live chat and will need to delete this bonus!damn!

You have to read the rules every single time, before getting a bonus, or free spins, in a casino. Some offers in some of the sites, use your real balance first, in order to clear a no deposit bonus for example, which is a no go for taking this promotion, in the first place

promotion is on your account already,but we made mistake because we claimed first promotion that he offer to us and not second!when you open slot,you will see that you have 2 promotion in right corner!its strange that nobody cant answer at live support of william hill more then 1 hour!

didnt know that this can be by mail so fast!few days ago had same problem,because I couldnt claim new 30 seconds of play,because I had some bonus a day before,so I need to delete this bonus,to use bonus on new slot and everything was fixed on live chat!but know nobody to answer over hour and dont know why!maybe I will need to contact them by mial!thatnks

I have the same problem yesterday I was waiting for someone to join a live chat for more than an hour anyway I contact live chat every day for this 10 euro wager bonus I do not press on the button claim but every day tells me how I claim the bonus they must to cancel it

I have the same situation .... as I understand it. I did everything by mail and they didnt respond to me,but I had my bonus deleted and could use free spins for 30 seconds!on yesterdays slot I got only 0,04 e,on todays slot got 0,29 e!not much,so I already spent that on starburst!there I earned money,but didnt stop when I comed to 1 e and again I am at 0 e!
Their time to react may vary from time to time. Once I was waiting for the response by e-mail regarding verification for almost 2 weeks, and another time they answered almost instantly- 5 mins or so Also the best timeframe to contact the live chat is at morning by GMT time.

It's strange, UK must be the main market for them... Are you sure that you don't see this promo at http://promotions.williamhill.com/ or at the link from the 1st post? My result for today is $0.12
