I made a cahout throug neteller almost a month ago, no money in my neteller account yet you guys emailed me it was all done i sent an email. to you guys abotut the subject but no response, i only got an email an email telling me you guys received the email... soooooooo whats up :&

Of course i do not know all situation but i make cash out from bankrollmob and i too not know all situation that time do i read about it and all people say that it is different tine for money to be ij your bank, but always you get money

if I understand your words,you got mail from BRM that everything is finished from their side,but you didnt got money on netellet account?1 month is bit longer then usually and its good that you asked here where is problem,if you have mail from BRM!good luck with this problem!

Some times cash outs take a while to get them.
And it looks like, this is one of them Smile
I believe you will get a response from BRM staff soon, as to what is going on, with your
cash out.
You will need to be a little more patient Smile

if the money transfer takes a month it means that something is wrong ..... when translating you receive a letter from the BRM that the money is listed ..... and in as I make a withdrawal of PP means that it means that the money is already on the PP .. ..if you have received a letter from the BRM and there is no money, is there a problem with your payment system?

Your message is not very well understood, or at least I do not understand it. Did you receive an email from BRM telling you that your cashout request had been approved?
Like this
"Hi XX,

Your cashout request of 5000 MobPoints (~ $ 50) to account / e-mail xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com at NetEller has now been approved and the funds should already be in your account.

Thank you for supporting BankrollMob!"

If you received it, but you still do not have the funds, you should claim support, perhaps from Neteller.
If you have not received it, calm. Sometimes they delay in making, but the money always arrives.
In my case, I use neteller, and I have not had problems.

im so embarrased i had a typo in my neteller email :'D
i got a lil bit worried when i didnt get more emails from the guys at BRM support but its all fixed

This is a very common mistake, and one that can cost you a lot Smile
You should double, triple check your details, at least Smile before entering them.
Even copy past can cause you troubles some times.

as I thought from the side of the BRM there can be no problems .... but of course you took a lot of risk when you made a mistake in the address .... it's the same money and everything needs to be checked several times .... of course the first time can be any .... good luck on our site friend

I'm glad that everything has been solved. It already seemed strange to me that BRM had made a mistake.
When I made my money withdrawal request, I checked several times that I had written my email address correctly. A small mistake can complicate everything. Even after I placed the order I kept checking that everything was fine, haha. I think the first time you get nervous.
