The concept is pretty much the same as the Spin & Go at PS if I understand it correctly.
Players: 3 Blinds: 4 minutes Starting chips: 500 Prize: Basically a lottery with everything between 2x BI up to 10,200x BI
So I was thinking about how I should go about managing my bankroll at these games. I first figured that since the nature of these games being very swingy it might be a good idea to go with a 100 BI minimum for each level. But after playing the $0.25 for a while now I find myself making a profit with not that much of a problem and I feel that I have the edge on at least 75% of the frequent players at these tables and stakes.
What I really wonder is, should I still stick with my 100 BI rule or could I lower it to, say, 75 BI? I could also add that if I bust my account completely, I won't be able to add any new money to it, I can't afford to at the moment. But the risk of that happening on this level is extremely remote so what I really need to think about is when to move up to the $1 BI games?

I suggest you ask advice to SThep, he had a lot experience play spin n go at PS, for me that game isn't good to develop our bankroll. The random machine look like slot machine, if we are at the good moment every card will win . Play sit n go is better. Good luck erru

Normally I would agree with you and stick to regular SnG but I just don't have the time to put any volume what so ever into it. But I'm actually earning money on these games so I feel that I should stick to them, at least for the time being.

Well your goal is one. To earn money. Something that you are doing at the moment. So keep doing what you were doing so far and then exlpore something else. Of course seeking advice on the hows is a smart move also. Keep it up with a steady profit
I won a half dollar on freerolls and decided to play in this format of the tournament ... and I did well ... from one and a half dollar I climbed to ten dollars ... but only once the prize was more than two dollars ... once there was a prize of 4 dollars .... so I do not really like to play in this formatting tournaments

Yeah, I'm making a profit at these games but it just buggs me that I know I could be making a lot more if I could just figure out the final piece of the puzzle and get my strategy and game to the next level.

Just do some research about it.You will find some info online. You can do that while grinding also If you can afford also, there are lots of players coaching for these games. It can be really helpful if you find the right one.

Yeah, I really cant afford to spend any money on a coach. Especially not seeing as I already am profitable and just need to finetune a few things.
After playing a few games this weekend I have found that all I really need to fix with my game is how to deal with super agressive players and how to adapt when Im in a dry spot and not getting any cards worth playing. I also feel that sometimes I tilt just a tiny bit when I have lost a few hands in a short amount of time due to nothing but bad luck.
Bankrollwise I figure that I should stick to my 100 BI rule.

I think that if you make money when play 0.25 dollars buyin sng hero tournament then you jave to play more such games,. because mote games is more profit. And there is always time to play higher buyins when you have good bankroll

There are players winning more money in micro buy ins, in daily basis, than others playing, in higher limits. I was watching a few when i was playing regular, on ipoker. We are talking about 100 USD minimum win per day by just playing omaha games at 1 cent. Never managed to win that much on a single day

I completely agree with you, I need to put in more volume in these games. But I just can't find the time for it unfortunately. So I have to just slowly work my way towards the higher stakes in order to increase my profits.

yeah like a few dudes posted above me and you pretty much said it for yourself erru- if you find a profitable game, then you have to squeeze the sh1t out of it, not a problem if you build your roll slowly, as long as it keeps growing all is fine. I think the safer route the better, build a big roll for your next move up the ladder and so on...

Yeah that's what I'm going for. I figure that if I can't put enough volume in short term, I'll just have to accept that it'll take a longer time then what I would like. But as you're saying, as long as my bankroll is increasing I'm doing something right.
Slow and steady wins the race I guess so I'll keep plugging away as much as I can and hope to reach $100 before the end of the year!

Now i heve one question guy what was u biggest multiplayer at those spin and gos ?im just asking becouse i think i played thousands of them with buyins 0,25- 15$ at party poker and PS until now my max was x25 few times i think i could count them at my fingers.

I've been thinking about that but I feel that, at least on this buy-in level, I have a big enough edge to feel comfortable with 100 BI.

My biggest so far is only a 10x multiplier. But I don't really care about that. As long as I'm making a profit, when I finally get a big one I'll have quite a good shot at winning some real cash.
