Serpang:
Yeah, work has calmed down a little bit at the moment!

This is just so frustrating! I can't seem to make any profit what so ever lately! But I'm not losing anything either so I guess that's at least something. Today I had another break even day. I can't seem to catch a break when it comes to the flips. And even if I'm in front it seems that my hands never hold up! The only reason I'm not losing any money is simply due to solid gameplay and good moves at times. I can't wait to get out of this rut I seem to be stuck in...

Bankroll: $24.97
Number of sessions: 10
Last session profit/loss: $0.00
Total profit/loss: $7.25
Average profit/session: $0.72

I can't do anything other then wait this out, but it's just so frustrating! Especially since I don't have more then maybe 1-1.5 hours to play on the few days I actually have some time...

Have you registered with Americas Card room ? if haven't , I suggest register there, there are good promotion. Most important is you will get 2 Tourney Buck each day for 10 days, so $20 in total soon after registration.and you could try jackpot (as same as spin n go ), and easier to win, especially with your ability. Nothing to lose to try.

That's a good idea but from what I can find, I have to make a $25 deposit to get that money. I really don't have the funds to do that at the moment unfortunately.

I am however thinking about that coolbet 5EUR no deposit bonus, but we'll see if I go for that or not.

Finally! The curse is broken! I made a profit today, even tho it was a very small one, it was at least profit! It looked like yet another break even day but the very last table I managed to turn it around from being on the brink of elimination to winning it, meaning I ended the day with a $0.50 profit!

But I faced A LOT of bad beats today, every single gut shot straight draw, flush from turn and river, low cards in general, managed to get my opponent the win, it didn't matter what I did or what I had. If only half of those beats would have gone in my favor instead, as they should have based on the probability,I would have ended the day with at least $2 profit. But oh well, it's all part of the game! And I'm just happy that I actually made a profit today.

Todays profit actually made me pass a small milestone: Having 100 Buy-Ins at the lowest possible stake. This means that I pretty much have the bankroll that I tell everyone else to have before they start playing these games. Only about $75 left to reach my goal for the year!

Bankroll: $25.47
Number of sessions: 11
Last session profit/loss: $0.50
Total profit/loss: $7.75
Average profit/session: $0.70

Just to gove my followers a heads up, I'm not gonna make any updates for the next 3 days. I'm not gonna be able to play anything due to work, but starting thursday, I'll have 9 days off from work so I will hopefully be able to put in a good amount of gameplay. As of lately, I'm only playing 2 tables at ones but I'm thinking about increasing that to 4 tables. I'm really not sure what kind of an impact that will have on my results but I feel that 2 tables isn't an issue at all so hopefully doubling the games I'm playing will at least get my earnings to 1.5x what it was before.

But that's not set in stone, I need to run it by my girlfriend, she's the one having to take care of things when I'm playing and 4 tables instead of 2 will greatly impact what I can and can't do when I play.

No need deposit for 2 Tourney Buck ( TB ) X 10 days. That's welcome bonus. There are 3 another deposit bonus exclude 20 TB. Why I suggest you play there cause you can trial with trial money ( without deposit ).

Congratulation for your winning and performance, starting back to good track. Good Luck.

You sure? I didn't find anything about that on their website. Well, I guess there's no harm in trying then!

Since some of you are interested in more specific stats, I've been thinking about recording my sessions and then uploading them to youtube for anyone to watch. Is that something you would be positive to or is it just a waste of time? I mean, I could sure use some feedback as well. Everything to improve my game is good.

I'm gonna start recording my sessions then. I've set up a software to capture my screen. Now I'm just looking to find some sort of "virtual" screen so my background and desktop icons won't be a distraction. I want the videos to be "clean".

Ohh...make you busy of a lot of work because of that . Hopefully will useful to improve our game instead of just entertainment Smile .Do you use webcam ? I use webcam before but I lost the software and couldn't find it again. I wish you will teach me if you have time Smile .

Yeah well, I wouldn't mind the input from you guys!

I'm not gonna be using a webcam. Due to the nature of my work, it's highly recomended that I don't put up things on the internet with myself, especially not something that has to do with gambling. I might use a mic if I can get it to work properly but I wouldn't count on it.

I was gonna play tonight but I'm just too tiered after work so I'm not gonna do it after all. Playing when too tiered is just set up for failure so I think the smart thing to do is to wait and play tomorrow instead.

Absolutely you right!! Feeling or instinct is really needed in poker. Tire just make us get wrong feeling ( too optimist or pessimist ) and will make a lot bad decision. Better take a break until your stamina recovery. Good luck in rest Smile

So I tried to get the recording software setup properly but I couldn't make it work like I wanted to. But oh well, at least I got some gameplay in tonight and I'm happy to report that things are finally starting to look up for me again! I made a profit of $0.75 today so it looks promising. It really should have been $1 more but I lost two pre-flop flips in a row when I was ahead and ended up losing the only game that was higher then 2x.

But still, profit is profit so who cares. I could have done a few better choices along the way but I also made some really solid reads reads that helped me get the upper hand.

Bankroll: $26.22
Number of sessions: 12
Last session profit/loss: $0.75
Total profit/loss: $8.50
Average profit/session: $0.71

Yeah but I could'get the software to record just the game window, it recorded the entire screen. Really unneccessary.

I didn't have time to play yesterday, I've been busy building a bed for my kid. I will maybe have time to play later tonight.

it certainly would be very interesting ... to see the game process and find out how you play .... for your opponents .... do not you think that if you lay out the process of your game, will it be much easier for you to beat? ... maybe it's not a good idea? ... Think about it. Confused

You know, I've actually been thinking about that. So I'm wondering if maybe it would be possible to blur all the 3 seats to prevent anyone from seeing mine or anyone elses username. And of course upload to youtube with a different username. That way, the only people Who would know it's me are the forum regs here at BRM,and I don't mind that. We're all here to help each other, right?

So I'll need to do a little bit more research before I go forward with this idea.

Upload to youtube with different username sound good, but maybe your opp can searching 'erru ' at search tab and find your video ? should give a try 1 video, I think. Is not possible your recording send to BRM directly at attachment? ( I couldn't do that ).

I think it's possible to upload the video so you can't find it through normal searches. I'm not sure but I think it says something like "viewer need to have the link in order to watch" or something like that. I haven't uploaded anything in a long time there so I'll check it out when and if I can get a recording to work properly.

Well, another disapointment regarding my recordings, couldn't get it to work as I wanted to so Iäll have to push that off yet another day.

On another note, I played really good today, solid gameplay on many levels and I also managed to identify one of my biggest leaks. But now that I know about it, I can do something about it and improve my game even more! Todays result tho didn't at all show how well I actually played. I had a break even day which was a big disappointment, but since I played solid poker I'm happy with that.

Bankroll: $26.22
Number of sessions: 13
Last session profit/loss: $0.00
Total profit/loss: $8.50
Average profit/session: $0.65

Congratulation already back on your good track. You said : solid game play on many level ? do you mean you didn't just play at $0,25, but higher buy in as well ? Since you on good track, forget recording first, just do it when you break from poker. Good luck

Nah, what I meant by that was simply that I made a lot of good moves and not just regular ABC poker. I also managed to make good reads and called with low pairs convinced he was bluffing, and he was 95% of the time. So different levels of gameplay that I was successful at.
