I guess you have to contact them to get the restriction removed. Didn't see Croatia on the list of countries where they don't offer their service, so problem should be solvable. If they don't answer the mail, they still can be reached via phone.

Today I made a withdrawal of 5,000 points for party poker today September 30 look at How long will it take to transfer funds from this site to the PartyPoker site of course I would like it to be fastest quick withdrawal I had 8 days and the longest about 3 weeks Okay expectation

dule-vu, that must be really frustrating. I just checked their social network platforms (Twitter and Faceb00k pages). There is no mention of outages and service interruptions. That's weird.

It has been quite some time now with this problem.
So the solution must be around the corner.

Plus now, i just checked and there is not a warning in brm page about the party poker cash out.
Which means things are back to normal. with regular cash out times with this method.

finally they contacted me and they say that problem was in security of mail address!I had to change on new mail address and to send them on mail pictures of my ID from both sides and one picture where I hold ID in hand and that they see my face,to make selfie!so now this payment from BRM will stop,becasue its not same address anymore!lost so many days for nothing!

They made changes in their identification process so you are not the only one they are doing this with.

yes bowie1984,she said something like that in phone call that we had today,but then if they block account or something like that,then they should send mail with warning that I change this and that I need to send documents!she told me that something was strange with my account,like somebody tried to log in on my account!if they are such a big company,then they should warn me with mail!
and 5 days to get answer from them on my mail,its too long!

apparently today was the day of payments on Monday and the first day of the month probably BRM decided to pay on that day all applications for withdrawal of funds for a certain period so I was very lucky that yesterday I ordered the withdrawal of funds and today I received money

in last days every member got money very fast,most of us in just one day!so every new members should read this thread and posts from us,to know how things work at BRM!but in last year or two money come even faster then before!
