Finally todays I solved my problem with skrill,but now I have other problem with payment on old skrill account/mail address! problem was in security of my account,as they say at skrill!they answered on my mail after 5 days and today they called me to solve this!so problem was in mail address and I need to give another mail!so now its not same mail that I had in my request for payout from BRM!now its different and you will be rejected when you pass that amount! so what we need to do now?do you need to stop this transacation and that I make request with new address or what? thanks in advance!
Perhaps this is not a very big problem because if the money comes back, then you will be paid them next time only, probably you needed not to write on the forum to describe the support, but maybe you did it too. I wish you luck in solving your problem. I think everything will be fine

Of course not good situation to you because of Skrill problems, i personally male all withdraw to Skrill too and not jave problem do not can say to you anything, but i think admin make situation good to you because it is your money and not hard to see it

You should send a mail directly to brm about your problem. It is a problem but not one that cant be solved. Since skrill uses email, if the address you have provided doesnt work any more, the transfer wont be doable. So the money wont "travel" somewhere else

I am not sure but if mail address dont work anymore you still can send money on that mail but you will lose that money and skrill will take it, so I hope you will solved your problem, you should wirte on BRM support mail i think they will fix it very easy. GL

What a shame dule-vu, never is a good moment for having an e-mail trouble, but if you are waiting for money...it´s worst time! I think that if the Bank Roll Mob´s money is going to your Skrill account, they will be who should fix the problem. Then, when you finally get your money, you could change your dates in "My account". I think you could cancel your withdraw first ( BRM hasn't sent it, right ? ) then you withdraw again use new email address. Maybe you have to register your new account at BRM first. Wish your money will not lose

Admin,fat tony,can you answer to me in this thread,to know what to do!I cant cancel this payment,so you will need to do it and to back points on account and then I can put new skrill username! skrill wanted from me that I change username/mail and to put some other,but everything on account stays as before!

everything is finished yesterday!money was at my skrill account arround 15:00 CET,so thanks on fast payout on new mail address,even its same account!I see that they have was smaller amount,then it says at BRM,probably because skrill have some currency rate from dollars to euros!

There is not a single transaction in skrill where currency conversion is involved, and you dont get charged a fee for it. That is probably the way they are making the most money as a company. You can see the rate they are using for the conversion.

money at BRM is in dollars and on my payout it was that this amount in dollars is 48.59 in euros and I got on skrill 46.80 e!so something go on exchange or different rate!
And that is why I always cashout to partypoker, they don't charge fees like skrill and more importantly your funds are already ready to play with on the poker tables ^^. I am guessing the 2 extra bucks you were charged were operation/transaction fees from skrill so that is on top of the conversion fee. They're usually around 4% so this makes sense.

they dont have fees for receiving money or deposit from skrill to some poker site!so probably this is only rate that BRM have and one that skrill use! skrill have fee when you transfer money to you credit card or bank account!

Thats not true Dule-vu, also when you want send money to other skrill account have fees, and its like 2-5% not sure.. I know because i was send like few month ago from skrill 100€ and person who received money get 95%. So I think that almost 2€ take skrill for fees.

you didnt understand me!I say about getting money from some site or to deposit money on poker,booking or casino site!I didnt talk about sending money to another skrill member!thats something else and I didnt send money to any other person at skrill,so cant talk about this and dont have informations about that fees!
