Hello, i am very happy to be member in this great place and not negative writing but to me personally it is hard to understand why it is so log to get money to my ewallet. I make ask for 16th and now next month 2nd and no money. It is only 5min not more to work to give money and i not think many people collect 5000 mobpoints so.not.many time to spend for administrators

Really sorry for the delay. Your cash out has been deleted and the points are now back in your account. We have some issues with Neteller transfers at the moment. Please withdraw to Skrill or partypoker instead.

Thank you sirthomas for quick answer. I only have neteller account, not want to make withdraw to party poker because problems to withdraw to my country from it because not legal website in my country. So i need to wait some time when no problems with neteller to you, i understand this right?
Well, you got into an unpleasant situation .... in the beginning I made a mistake With the mail .... And now the Neteller stopped working on withdrawing funds from this site .... of course this is possibly a temporary problem as it was with the transfer of money to PartyPoker ..... but maybe this is a global problem .... so you need to find another withdrawal .... nice that you got fast answer from BRM!who know where is problem with neteller and their site!now you can collect more points and when they solve this,you will have even more for cashout!only way is skrill to make payout at this moment for you!too bad that this things happen to members!

It is very easy to open an account with skrill. And you dont even have o open one in the first place if i remember right. If you request a cash out in a site, through skril and you give your email, you get a notification from them, to open an account with that email, and you are set. Not sure if this still works though, Going with normal registration, is the same thing and as easy...

To me situation is that i only can make withdraw to neteller, because party poker is not legal site in my country and i cannot make withdraw from it and skrill i have account long time before and now cannot make new and old is closed and no one replu to ke from support. So if it is nit for years i better wait for situation good with neteller and withdraw to it. So how long you think it is to wait for neteller work again?
