A bit confused here.... If we have the same date format, it means you have requested the bonus on July. But you just joined. So i think you mean 7th of this month (which is weird to write the date like this ) Is thats the case, then you just have got an approval. Approval doesnt mean an instant transfer of the money. Time for transfer in party poker varies, and can reach up, or more than two weeks. You will need to be a bit more patient, and you will get it, dont worry about it

There is not an option to change the username by yourself. This alone, can delay you even more to get the bonus You will have to email BRM support through your personal page, under the bonus section, and request them to change the username you have entered during your application.

you must everything by the rules and you will get your bonus in some period!there is no strict period when you must get your money,so party poker will paid when they finish everything!and its important that this is you first account at party poker!
