888 did it again... I didnt have problem with any poker software... I played on stars, party, acr, mira, and now I am grinding on breakout... didnt have single problem with any room mentioned... Now here is 888 custumer service... I made account like 1 or 2 years ago and wanted that 88$ welcome bonus that BRM gives (8$ free and rest had to be raked) they rejected me didnt gived me that bonus, and I got pissed and didnt play there, didnt play single hand there.... when BRM had promotion for that malta packege I wanted to play it and try to log in... and they told me my account is inactive... I sended them mail... they ignored it... didnt even recived answer... now there was tournament for london packege... I sended them mail 3 days before first tournament started, so they could activate my acc and make deposit on time, but they didnt even answer for 3 days, than I send them 2nd mail... finaly they answered... and here it is:

What joke is this??? I send them mail to explain to me what is this situation... and that was 2 days ago...and still havent recived answer... they support team sux... they sux... I will never ever play there... no matter what kind of promotion they offer to me....

Calm down a little. Relax. You sent the email to the correct address? Usually they send a reply between 48 and 72 hours. If this period is longer maybe they received too many emails or is something wrong with address. Maybe 888.com is not for recover accounts. It is possible to exist another address for that.

yes it does exist, and I sended to that adress on first mail that was like month ago they didnt even answered... and I doubt they will answer on my reply... because they should have answered till now...anyway I am not playing there ever... had bad expirience with them when they rejected my no deposit bonus, now this... thats enough... there are plenty more rooms to play on... I dont need 888...

Sthep, you must be patient with their support, which doesn't know what to do. I advice you to try to chat with them, and if you had luck, you will get somebody who can help you, otherwise you call on chat again. Wish you luck.

in todays world of iternet and other comunications,that you have to wait for answer on mail fro days is just stupid!like I waited for answer from skrill for 5 days!if you are such a large poker site,then make live chat and problems will be solved faster!but if you dont answer for days,then maybe you can say that so many people complain to them and that because of that they cant answer on mail!so again problems is with poker site!

You have a chance if in Serbia is like in Romania. I noticed they have a phone number and if i call, i can talk with a Romanian moderator. Maybe in Serbia is the same and you can speak directly with a Serbian moderator. Good Luck
Yes, this is some kind of sad, horrible story ..... games for the whole time of the game, you didn’t have any problems with this software .... and suddenly all of a sudden it stops ..... and it comes Such a letter that your record is locked ..... it is of course awful ..... the opportunity to build more in some detail to find out what the problem is ..... Only the problem is yours ..... or the problem of all the players in your country

thats very strange. what benefit do they have to not let you play? makes no sense to me. maybe you send them a nasty mail you dont remeber ? you konw.. after they rejetcted to give you the no deposit.
Nobody benefits from this fiasco but I noticed that companies in general could not give less of a damn about players from Mid-European or East-European countries. They only care about scandinavians and potential players from Germany, France, England, Spain etc. God knows why but they always make you feel like a lesser citizen in anything they do.
A lot of small Poker sites are sometimes only friendly to specific countries I learned that with breakout poker but its all good with the bigger sites. 888Poker has live chat and telephone support a lot quicker then waiting 2-3 days for a reply with email.

They run a business. They do not care about individuals or countries or anything. They will do what is right for them to stay in business and keep having a profit.
Party poker for example decided to leave the greek market before the new laws took effect. For what reasons ? Who knows ? But do you think they would do such a move, if there was a good profit for them ? I doubt...

yes thats unfortunate. everyone should be treaten the same way, no matter what country, religion, color or w.e, but its no secret they focus on rich countries like scandinavians and others you mentioned. just like everything else on this world - money rules. some arent eligible for certain promotions like no deposit due to high fraud rate by their country. bet im not as well treated as high stakes players but.. i have to say, i have never experienced unkindness. in some cases i actually received more than i expected.
also curious.. vic75 is from canada and i consider them as a rich country, so i wonder why he had trouble with smaller rooms. they usualy depend on every single player. anyways.. i wonder if theres more eastern european who feel badly treated?

The whole 888 group is known for having a rather lackluster customer support. So it is better to not have to deal with them. But this is not possible in this case.
So first check the basics: -Do they allow players from Serbia? -Do you have accounts on other sites from the group? -Did they ban your account, when you opened it 1-2 years ago?

when I write for months that something is not normal with 888 company,people give me thumbs down and now you can see where is problem!problem is at software,crush every month,you cant get answer from support,they close your account without explanation and so on!good luck steph!
Of course, the support of 888poker works very poorly ... it doesn’t meet correctly, sometimes it’s just useless ...... for example, I had a prize ticket to a tournament where Iphone is being played ..... I got a prize for having passed the poll .. ... After that I passed 5 levels and received the same prize again ...... but I can’t play 2 times in one tournament ..... support is silent

Some of this is probably in connection to what these playerpools would bring to their table, of course a player from Austria or Switzerland will have deeper pockets than the same guy who is living/working/playing in Hungary - but besides these obvious traits I can see in some places they do not care about you at all if you aren't from the UK or Sweden etc.

I bet they are having experts working on this thing, doing evaluations on each country according to the members they are having possible earnings etc. Having a few players from a specific country doing all the job, covering for the rest, doesnt do the trick. For example when you have 10 playing real money from a specific country and the rest are freerollers for example. Does it really worth staying there. This is country wise. Now when it comes to specific players, things are different of course.
