Hello,
I saw that there was a promotion for Mob Affiliates for December 2018. Basically for all users that signed up, MobPoints should be awarded to the affiliate without verification by phone or ID. I have a user who signed up on 12/31/2018 and the status is Approved (#5). This means that the user belongs to non supported countries, is this correct ? There are no points for this user and also in the "Transactions" tab there is no info about this signup.

well if your user is from romania then you should get 50 mob points,but if he isnt that you cant get anything!you have list of countries,so you can see how much points you get for every country!if this is approved,then everything should be done by the rules!but somebody will answer to you tomorrow,somebody from admin stuff!

Thanks for your quick answer! Unfortunately I don't know where this user is from so I cannot check the list of countries. Usually the country appears in the "Transactions" tab, but I think only if the level is at least 3.

You will have to contact BRM support to get more info for your query. No one can give you more details about it here, unless admin decides to reply to this thread. Go to your personal page, and through there, send an email to BRM support. They will know for sure which country from, is your sign up.

its strange that you dont know from which country is this member!probably you post somewhere your link,on some forum or gambling page and somebody just clicked on that!but when you say that thing is like this,then 99% member is from some country that isnt on table for points!if you have approved in your affiliates page,then everything is finished,because points would be on your account in that moment!
