I never used any program like hud ,pocker tracker ...I dont know why they tell to me .I open today poker and popup message and got email than that i use forbidden program and they can close my account .I got emai on my language but will upload here anyway

Sorry brale, but the pic is waaaay to small, i cant read the text, are there any details as to what software were you actually using, besides obviously PS, or they just said "you are using software we dont allow" can you reupload but next time bigger picture, if you are not using any other software besides PS i really dont know why did u get this message.

I try to screenshoot in one so I cut page. I only open some other poker rooms, 888 and party and both was update i think.

I cannot clearly understand the content of the email messages above. I think if you have done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide, then there is nothing to worry about. Did you update your operating system or install new softwares recently?

...and I don´t speak your language But you have to know that PokerStars allow a lot of tracker´s software like PokerTracker4 and HoldemManager2 (I think that Hand2Note is too allowed). You can look for it in the reviews, here, in BRM. The kind of program that they have banned is, i.e., ICM calculator. Like Equilab, Holdem Resources Calculator or SNGWizard. If you were studying your hands with some of it when the poker client was open, then they annoying

Only update was than 888poker and partypoker. My laptop lenovo have windows 10 and nothing updated recently.

this is strange situation for every player,especially when you know that you didnt use any software!dont know how they find this thing at your account,its not like that warned you that somebody use your account for playing or that you money is gone! hope that you will solve this problem with them!good luck!
I stopped playing at PS because they are too strict. You get your account hacked, they don't even refund anything. Who knows if their security got hacked. They say it's your fault that your password was hacked but they can't prove it yet they lose tons of customers every year because of that policy. I will not deposit or play on a site where my money isn't safe. Everyone knows Amaya is a shitty greedy company yet people keep playing there because there is traffic. Well people should realize they are the ones who decide where the traffic is

So it was a mistake after all on their part Even the biggest companies with the most "sophisticated" software make mistakes. That is why we can not depend in bites and bytes only, and human intervention is required. Any words about a compensation, after their mistake?
