Not sure I completely understand what is the point assigning a 'Senior VIP Manager' who could be reached by the players non-top. On an offline casino there is a reason these guys are working the floor, but online? What is the point?

It is quite interesting that this VIP player has earnings in three places. Manager for the VIP players will be disturbed from sleep, if these professional players want to ask something Phil Ivey should play here, maybe he earns another 10 million through a trick and must withdraw immediately. VIP treatment seems to be a good one but unfortunately many players do not have this status.

I wonder how the game goes there, and in all the other casinos, that are using exclusively cryptocoins, since the bitcoin has rolled down. if they want to be such a famous site and to have lot players,why they dont offer this terms for all players!ok,vip players would have benefits,different bonuses and other things,but why all players cant have same rules about payouts and to have money also in 10 minutes,even if you make 100 e cashout?!

Rules and rewards cant be the same for everyone, You are getting rewarded according to your investment. You cant get for example the same bonus with a player that has played 100 USD, when you have played 1000USD. Why the second should continue to play in a site like this....

Bitstarz is part of group Direx casinos, and this casinos is top ranking everywere. They dont have Malta licence , only Curacao but they are good however. I have account in many this casinos and had withdraws from 1 minute till 1 day max procesed.,usually is 1 hour. I understand that,but I didnt say anything about that and how to be VIP player,just say about this rule with cashout!why dont they offer fast cashout for every player!this would bring them lot of players and would be good for everybody!if you have all documents at your profile,you verifed accountwhy wouldnt you have right for fast payout!

I personally think it is not very important news for most people in this forums because not many highrollers here where website is main product no deposit bonuses. When i read it is interesting to see so fast cash out tike of only about 10 minutes

In some casinos, things are not quite clear, when it comes to bonuses. I have taken and played bonuses in the past, in a couple of casinos, only to realize afterwards that the bonus was not valid for the greek players. In other words it was a waste of time, but my mistake not fully reading their rules and terms.
And this happens because at some point, when you sign up in a site and you get a bonus, you thing that you are eligible for it. Otherwise there would be a restriction in the software and you wouldnt be able to get it. But this is not the story in all the sites.

thats whole points,to talk about this fast cashouts and to make sites that they offer this for all players!like they take your money from visa,skrill on any other ways of paying in few seonds,then they should give money back in few minutes if everything is clear on your account!

Getting charger for a transaction you are making in a site is not a norm. Most of the sites, if not all have transactions, where you pay no fee at all, according to your choice of payment. Online wallets are basically free. The bank transactions have fees most of the times. And high ones if i may say so.
