Ok so heres what ive done, i still use Neteller but at very round about way, i have a lot of friends that live and work in Germany, so ive asked one of them to make an acc. on Neteller and payed him for the +Net Card, theres a cap on a transfer from one account on other on Neteller thats 200 eur. and a fee of 1.7% and after that he sends me the money via Western union that i also pay and its 26.5 eur. fee for 200 eur. transfer, ao all in all i lose 30 eur. for 200 eur. transfer, and thats what im dealing with Aww crap!

It's aberrant, my friend. I wonder those who transfer more money what taxes they have? It would be interesting for a transfer of 2,000,000 dollars to stop a charge of 300k. Of course, this is not true in this case, but i wonder how Skrill resists on the market with a such high taxes. Confused

dont know what kind of fees are this, but it looks bad if you need to pay so much!I know that they had before some fee in %,but dont know is that problem with this payout or that have fix fees!its not normal if they have fees on % of your payout!its not same if they have for example 5 % on 20 e and on 2000 e!

Using western union for a money transfer is just a theft in my opinion.
I have used it a couple of times and no more. The fees they are having, are ridiculous,
the very least.
It may be cheaper for you this way, but you should still be looking for an alternative.
Still your expenses are too high with 30 euro on 200.

The Western Union Company is the one that owns Skrill? I did not know this, but anything is possible. You know what's weird here? They say this: No commissions when using the Skrill Money Transfer service to send directly to a bank account. Try your computer to see how much you can save by sending it to Skrill for free. And we complain that they have high tariffs. Very bizarre. The truth is expensive, not free when we transfer to the bank. Blink

Thats the thing Calicul i can NOT transfer on my bank acc. since its frozen, so i have to move around it, and in the past it was great with the +Net Card, i can pull money from every ATM with a 1.7% fee which was peanuts, compared to what i have to pay now.
I agree with u Mober transferring money with Western is theft, MoneyGram is a bit less fee wise, but still too much, and believe me, i have turned over the internet to find an alternative, but with the banking system that we have, there aren't any (not to forget, not being a part of EU complicates matters even further)
Dule its not Neteller fee thats the killer, its Western Union that has high fee, thats why its expensive.

Skrill if not the leader in the online wallet market, they are second no matter what
after paypal. Ans skrill is together with neteller and paysafe, it is called paysafe group
for quite some time noe. And paysafe keeps gaining ground.
At least here in greece, paysafe is on fire.
So it is logical to keep raising the fees. Not many can compete with them any more...

this probably only works for russian members,so this is not for him or rest of coutries!will see how he will make on his local bookie, but probably everything will be fine and he will deposit money on volcano site and then he just need to wager 25% of his deposit, which will be very easy!

As far as I know, Russian bookmakers do not accept Skrill ..... which is quite sad and doubts arise about the status of this payment system in Russia .... if it is not used by authorized companies in the main bookmaker offices So it is either illegal or there are some restrictions .... which in the end causes great doubts for using this payment system ... it is certainly sad but it is a fact

After the Cyprus fiasco, Russians are building their own payment system, they are trying to get independent as much as possible from the US dollar, so far P oker sites dont work with their payment system, and i think two things could happen:
1. P oker sites will accept russian payment system to open that market up, and get some fresh infusion of cash (i highly doubt this will be the case) or...
2. Russians will create their own P oker sites and extend them slowly around the world, once the sites build some credibility (this is more likely the option that will happen) or...
I just thought of this while i was typing
3. China will step up and do the second point, which they are more then capable of doing, and seeing how Macau has become Chinas Las Vegas, i think its more likely China will step up (considering also how much Chinese people love to gamble Big Smile)

Even if the chinese or russian governments should create something like an alternative payment system to Skril, Neteller and col, they like a good tax flow like any other government does. So one should not expect such systems to be much cheaper than the exisiting ones.

when americans and EU want to make their own rules, especially on Russia and China, then this countries have to do thing that they will protect them and their citizens!why thy will let that peopla make transactions on skrill and other site, when they block them in lot of ways!

It's a really strange situation and things will not improve in the future, for the good of the customers. Who will want to compete with Skrill will be forced by someone influential to maintain some high tariffs. That's how it works in the banking field and we almost always have to pay more money. Sad

I am very intrested in Electronic currency, i see some p oker sites have already addopted them, this could be the thing that merges the east and the west, they are getting more and more avaiable from markets to online payments its a matter of time they become every day use, and i also fear that will be the moment gouvernment put their foot down on all crypto, and force them inside the system, they are great at this moment coz the gouvernment doesnt cobtroll them, but as soon as that change, that will be the death of them.

we still have ways to take money from skrill without their fees and every player should take what is best for him!if you dont have in your country bookie who have shops in town, then this is best option!other way is that you deposit money from skrill on site and then to make small deposit with visa, beacuse you must take payout on same way that you made deposit and then you will have money!

The crypto currency is here to stay. It si not finished yet, and it helps big time,
many people getting their money from the web.
You can see it is up again, currently at 550o USD, and i believe it will continue growing.
There are ATM's here in greece now for cryptocoins only.
Also, since we are talking skrill, skrill has also integrated bitcoins in their platform.
You can sell and buy directly.
Havent checked their fees there though.

I understand that they also have to eat a bread but the fees are too high. Not to mention the tax of 10 euro per year. What does this thing mean? If i want to transfer from Skrill to Visa 50 dollars they ruin me. My bank where i got the card and Skrill charges me with the amount of maxim 12.50 - 14 dollars after the currency conversion.

I did not know the first time about this and now i learned my lesson. I will not transfer anymore so as not to be robbed in the future. I agree with some taxes but for transfers under $ 100, they should be small. I do not want to enrich them. I want the taxes to be acceptable. Smile
