on sunday I was grinding on GG poker... regged in 10-15 tournies and 4 of my tournies started... it was lagging like hell and few of my tables started loading and doesnt want to load... so I was sitting out...I unreg from rest tournies and played those 4... I build up stack and got ticket locked in one sat (9 out of ticket), was 1/8 in some small tournie (around 18 players regged 2 places paid) early double up in bounty tournie and one other sat... and it was uplayable... i tried to reopen and it wouldnt open site... my internet connection was fine, I was watching twitch on my other monitor.... and still couldnt log in... tried switching internet on my hotspot from mobile and still GG poker wasnt opening... evrything else worked.... and I couldnt log in for 45min... after that I was busted in all tournies exept that small one where I was 1/8... i was 3/5 with other 2 players having huge stacks.... bubbled sat for that ticket that I got locked, and other sat I didnt even play 2 hands... I send them 5 mails, and after that I recived answer... I explain them my situation and they tried to blame my internet... its just bullsht if my internet was not working... how could I watch twitch... or how does that my other internet connection isnt working (hotspot from phone)... and it ended on that....I was phucked up and they refuse to look into situation or anything... And now what I am supposed to do... I will probably switch to other skin...

I received unsatisfactory answers several times in Pokerstars, 888Poker, Full Tilt and Netbet. If you do not have the option to talk with they by phone or live, you will not be satisfied of their answers. They will always find it a poor explanations.

I dont have account at gg poker and dont even know anything about them,but when I read your post,this isnt normal situation!I must say this is very strange thats happening with your account,but at least they could give some normal answer to you!that why I like to deposit and play only on biggest sites and that you know what you get from them! hope that you will solve this with them!good luck!

vsemoje it was their fault... their servers malfunction... it was their fault I couldnt load their software...I have gaming laptop... realy fast and stable internet...their servers crushed on me... so its their fault...
I have an account in this poker room but of course I don’t like it from the same series as you still have two poker Roma the same software that takes up a lot of processor memory. As a result, it’s quite difficult for me to play because we’re a weak processor. on the other I am still going to But I postpone and save for later the main thing that my favorite poker rooms 888poker and PartyPoker work for me.

its up to you now to decide what to do,to take money from this site and to play somewhere else or to stay at their site and to try to play poker any maybe to solve this problem!for this isnt good move from them and if some other players have problems like this,this will affect on their business!
888poker software had a problem recently ... Ok, everything has been fixed ... everything is working fine at the moment ... so if there are any problems with this poker client, I think that they will be eliminated soon .... and there will be again the normal work of a poker client .... a little patience and everything will be fine

We are not allowed to complain about unsatisfactory responses of poker room moderators because we get votes with minus in BRM. I really do not understand this. If i want to find an answer in GG poker or another room and do not receive a satisfactory response but i complain about this i'm penalized. It's not fair.

It seems to me that the special role of the pros and cons of the messages do not have much importance ... I have about the same time about the same balance of negative and positive messages ... it doesn’t affect my position on the BRM website .... Thanks a lot because you offered me your vote. A few days ago they asked me for personal data and i send my identification card. I have not received an answer and i asked. They said they did not receive anything and i send again. I 'm waiting now for answer.

What about the other players, how come they did not busted out like you did? I believe your story, but whenever there's a server meltdown the traffic dips so did you see less players in the room after you logged back?

Dman buddy sounds so frustrating. Something we use to deal with back in what like 2005? Lol. I see various twitch streamers playing on GG Poker. Buelhero comes to mind i think. He's always crushing on that site form what i can remember. Stay with the main sites mate. Too many glitchy programs out there.

The truth to me happened something similar once in pokerstars, but many times they do the big eye and wash their hands ... the truth pisses off a lot that things like this happen and in a pit to make you see that the fault is yours and not them but good not always but sometimes they do that
