Is there any way I can subscribe to forums and get notifications when people post something? Let's say for example casino forum because of people posting when sites give free spins/promotions and I would like to know it?
You could opt-in for an email notification of the replies whenever you post something or just start a thread, but I think what you looking for is a rss feed. I don't think we have that here. But there is subcription option for individual threads between the 'search' and 'bookmarks' submenu.

Yeah i know i can subscribe for the replies but that's not what i was looking for. Well yeah its probably rss i am not sure how to call it just tried to explain , Shame that it isnt here because people quite often post free promotions in Casino forum and stuff guess i just check from time to time

there is no subscription to get notified when someone post... but you have notifications that you recive in your mail for promotions and all kind of free stuff... hope you enjoy site and have some preaty good offers from it

You can only get e-mail notifications when someone post a reply in an existing thread. We don't have RSS feed for new threads, we have had something in the past but it was rarely used so I think it was deprecated.
Ideally posting about new casino promos etc could be done in the same thread, so people are able to receive notificaitons.
